Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Take a vacation in a newly renovated and light-flooded apartment of a Rhinehessian farmhouse from 1927. The old plank floors in the rooms are just as well preserved as the terrazzo floors in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
