In a beautiful, quiet location on the eastern Traunsee shore is this cozy apartment with fantastic lake views, perfect for those seeking relaxation and active vacationers. A small public swimming area is a 4-minute walk away. Hiking and cycling trails are right at your doorstep, and the valley station of the Grünberg cable car can be reached in a 10-minute walk. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

The 40 square meter apartment has just been renovated. It is on the second floor directly next to the river Traun and includes a free parking spot right in front of the house. It is less than 10 minutes on foot to the Gmunden town square. You can swim in the calm river, start your hike straight from the house and in winter quickly reach various ski resorts by car (Kasberg 25 minutes, Feuerkogel 20 minutes, Gosau 50 minutes).

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. This apartment is in the middle of Gmunden. Everything is within walking distance, bakery right outside the door, various shopping, coffee, bars and restaurants can be reached in 2 to 5 minutes. The lake is 60 m from the property. Very nice stay with excellent communication and help from the hosts. Very clean and well equipped home. Quiet, private neighborhood. Mostly walkable but need to know that the restaurants or stores are 15-20 minute walks and you will be walking up hill to return to the house. If you drive to the home it has good parking available next to the home. We are an active family and chose to walk everywhere so the home was great for us. We also chose to eat at home so we found the kitchen perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this home!

The accommodation was nice, with a beautiful view and a great location. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. During our stay, there were a few issues - specifically with hot water, and also the fact that they started trimming the hedge at 7:00 AM on Saturday. But these things can happen, after contacting the host, she quickly addressed the situation and apologized for the inconvenience. She also later brought us the dishwasher pods that were missing in the apartment. Despite these complications, I would recommend the accommodation. :)

Nadja & Pol’s place was very clean and well organized. We loved the piano, unfortunately neither of us knew how to play. The location was close to the Rathausplatz as well as the Bahnhof and easily commutable by public transportation. We loved the sceneries and the peaceful environment. Nadja was responsive and instructions to find the place were clearly communicated.

The beautiful and bright apartment was perfect for our little getaway. The quiet neighborhood invited you to linger comfortably on the terrace, as well as a comfortable couch to forget about the bad weather. The location and amenities were also great.
