The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or a few minutes by bike via a beautiful path along the lake.

Das Apartment verfügt über eine separate Küche zwei Schlafzimmer sowie eine Schlafcouch. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit separatem WC sowie eine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Garten. Das Ortszentrum von Traunkirchen und ein Badeplatz am Traunsee sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Open apartment (105m²) not far from the shore of the Traunsee (300m), with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is on the first floor, with its own entrance. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and another toilet, a large kitchen with dining area and living room with TV. Two balconies allow a great view. Parking is available in the carport on the property.

Die Unterkunft ist im ersten Stock eines Altbestandes Baujahr 1930. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang. Auf der Veranda lässt sich mit Blick auf die Berge und Morgensonne das Frühstück genießen. Der rückwärtige Garten lädt zum Entspannen am Nachmittag ein.
