The thick walls provide a great indoor climate, in summer it remains very pleasantly cool. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking and swimming. The Chiemsee can be reached within 5 minutes by car and the mountains within 15 minutes. Great bike tours can be started directly from the house. Beautiful walking paths right outside the front door. In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes.
