Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Organic wooden house in the heart of Chiemgau

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Between Munich and Salzburg, in the heart of the Chiemgau, 15 km from Lake Chiemsee, lies my apartment in the duplex style. On 68 square meters you will find everything for a short break or an extended hiking or cycling holiday. Start your day with breakfast on the fully furnished balcony, or end it on the deck chair in the communal garden. The apartment was partially renovated in winter 2019/20 and is tastefully furnished. Dinner on the terrace or at the large kitchen table makes every day perfect. In just under 10 minutes you can walk to the lake shore. Dogs are welcome!
