The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Das Häuschen befindet sich in einer absolut ruhigen Lage und ist mit allem, was man im Alltag benötigt, ausgestattet. Das Zentrum von Villach ist innerhalb von 5 Autominuten erreichbar. Des Weiteren bietet die Gegend sehr viele Möglichkeiten, um sich sportlich und kulinarisch auszutoben.

Captain's lodge

The pleasant log cabin is located by the Bistrica river, only 100 m from the center and offers a starting point for many outdoor activities. It features a large private terrace overlooking the water, where you can relax even in the hot tub. The side balcony is just above the water, which especially in summer offers a nice freshness and where you can watch the fish in the river.
