The building has amenities that are very interesting, such as a modern gym, swimming pool and sauna. It is a very good option if you want to have everything at hand and want enjoy a great stay. In addition, Stephane is always available and will help you in no matter of time.

Travelled from the UK for the Rock Am Ring festival and this apartment was situated perfectly in Koblenz for us to access the shuttle bus to and from there. We arrived later than planned and had trouble opening the door (my fault - very tired from travelling) but Moritz was amazing at responding and even came to help personally (which I felt guilty about because it was late at night). The apartment is perfect, lots of space and very warming, it was delightful! We definitely recommend staying here, Moritz is a great host!!!

I lived in this apartment - I liked everything very much! Clean, neat, cozy, everything completely matches the photo. A very nice and polite person who rents out the apartment - it was nice to talk to. I was satisfied with the stay, I will definitely come back again. Thank you very much!

Super Great value

Sabine welcomed us and guided us around the beautiful apartment. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. You feel right at home. Alken is a beautiful place, with many possibilities. We spent some beautiful days there.

Super location and a wonderful apartment with a lot of space for all of us! We paid €6 per day for parking and had no problem finding parking spots. Plenty of supermarkets around and a short walk to the Porta Nigra. We will be back!

Stay as expected, the space was large with plenty of space. We recommend it. The location was as expected and that's what makes the price… having a car is required to get around. Small downside the sound insulation is not exceptional and the neighbor below is a little inquisitive as soon as there is a little noise... Anyway, very good stay, I would recommend it.

The stay was sensational. The accommodation was even bigger and more beautiful than it appeared in the photos. Many small nice touches (something for the sweet tooth, for the cheerful mood, the caffeine kick in the morning and all hygiene articles). The hosts were extremely friendly and gave us tips for the area. The perfect location to unplug. Watching the sunset and sunrise from the whirlpool was unique. The view was also a dream. My family and I found it difficult to leave, we would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely be back !!

A creatively decorated house with enough space . Every day we saw a different nice detail. We did not use the sauna because it was very hot weather. But the house is wonderfully cool, especially downstairs. A pleasure to eat outside.

The accommodation was exactly as stated in the description. The communication with Uwe was straightforward and he was flexible about our wishes regarding check-in/check-out times and a wine tasting. An absolutely suitable accommodation for a large group.

We are thrilled. This is exactly how I imagine a cozy home. Secluded from view and yet everything is accessible in just a few minutes. A truly all-round successful short trip in a super tastefully renovated building.

We had a very nice stay at Mon petit monde. The house exceeded the photos and therefore our expectations. A beautiful old house, which was equipped with all the comforts. Nice shower, well-equipped kitchen, a lovely garden with good seating. We had the bad luck that the sewage clogged during our stay and spent a night in uncertainty about the solution of this. The next day, this was fortunately restored by Jean Louis. The communication about this could be a little better for us, but maybe we are just not used to it;-) Furthermore, we are only very satisfied and would have liked to stay longer.

The cottage is very nicely located. Directly in nature and a cozy village. The house itself is super clean, kitchen is well equipped and has pleasant and sufficient spaces, garden completely fenced + located directly to the house. Highly recommended!

We were there with a group of 10 people, it was great. Good sleeping arrangements, mega kitchen, great living room. With long legs, it's not quite as easy on the toilets, but you can handle that too.

We stayed 2 nights at Ela's apartment. Everything was perfect, the apartment is super nice, very clean. We felt very comfortable. Ela is a very lovely hostess and you can highly recommend this accommodation. The beds are super cozy and we were able to sleep very well. With the arrival and departure, everything worked smoothly. We would love to come back and are already looking forward to the next vacation in Haspelschied. Thanks for the wonderful time !

We were looking for an accommodation near the E-Werk in Saarbrücken. From the apartment, the venue was within a few minutes' walk. After the event, we were able to sleep in the quiet apartment and then checked out in peace.

Very good accommodation, everything is well indicated and well thought out. Small touches on arrival, games available, and a restaurant-bar 20min walk away quite charming. We would recommend this listing!

Lina's place is very modern and well equipped. It is the perfect nest to relax and unwind, then take beautiful hikes and excursions. The distance to Saarlouis and Saarbrücken is easy to commute, so the apartment is also perfect for you if you have to go there for work, but want to enjoy the tranquility outside.
