The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly refurbished apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1 floor.Hall: w/wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room w/kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom w/shower and WC and a spacious hallway.

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Free parking/car charging can be agreed upon in beforehand. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in basement.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and child-friendly place to stay. Large terrace with sunshade and large living room (living room) of over 60 m2. The garden is open and convenient for play. There is hardly any traffic in the area at the same time as there are several good bus services. Great hiking trails in the woods that are close by. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. 4 parking spaces + EV charger access. Children's equipment (see last photo) can be arranged for a small fee.

We rent our guest apartment, in a stately Swiss villa at Singsaker. It's a 24m2 room, a spacious hallway and a great new bathroom. There is no own kitchen available, but shop is 4 minutes walk away. The fortress is close by with its large green areas and there you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. 10 minutes walk takes you down to Bakklandet with its cozy cafes and eateries, and to the Old Town Bridge. Good bus connections, and walking distance to most things. Not party place

Det ligger flere bussholdeplasser rett i nærheten, og bussturen inn til sentrum tar tolv minutter. Flybuss finnes også ved Sirkus shoppingsenter.
