The house was built in 1898, and is charmingly crooked :) The apartment is located upstairs (up a slightly steep staircase) in a quiet backyard that makes the place (mostly) quiet and comfortable. Sit by the window and look out over the city, the fjord and the mountains behind. Møllenberg is located in the heart of the city, bus and train within walking distance, Solsiden with cafes, shops and nightlife is a 3-minute walk away. We love living here, and the apartment bears the mark of it🤗

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Recharge your batteries in this unique and quiet place - right down by the fjord. Enjoy the view, relax, go fishing, hiking, mushroom or berry picking, work from "home office", go skiing, or play golf. In summer there are long bright nights, and in winter you can be so lucky that you see the northern lights. Access to the lake. Short distance to Trondheim city center (approx. 20 minutes by car). Great advantage by car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds divided among three rooms, with double beds.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)
