The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.
