Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

In autumn 2024, a completely modernly renovated and newly furnished sunny one-room apartment in the popular holiday home ski and hiking area. The Sedrun-Cungieri ski resort is just a few minutes away and offers some of the most beautiful ski slopes in the region. You can also hike wonderfully in the surrounding area. My place is in the middle of the village, surrounded by mountains that invite you to ski and hike. From the bedroom, you can see the ski slope. The cross-country ski trail is 50 meters from the apartment. The children's ski lift in Valtgeva is also within walking distance. The wellness and adventure pool is a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity there are various shops, bakeries, butchers, sports shops, etc. The apartment is great for families and couples.
