Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

Located in a secluded area, surrounded by greenery makes it an ideal place to spend the holidays. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the Saint Gotthard Region. The small but nice accommodation has everything you need to live. It is on the ground floor and therefore easily accessible with suitcase and luggage. The apartment includes a combined kitchen and living room and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed and the closet where the clothes can be stored. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself. The bathroom has a sink, shower and toilet.
