Herşey çok güzeldi, evin temizliği, konumu, şahaneydi. Dairenin beach'i denize yakınlığı da oldukça iyi. Murat bey ve yardımcısı bizimle çok ilgilendiler çok teşekkür ederiz, tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer olacak.

House is great. It is very well equipped and clean. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view. It is even difficult to explain how beautiful the view from the house is. The area around is very quiet. You can hear only the sea and the birds (and in our case rain;). And the plants around… unbelieveble. The access to the rocky beach is an amazing thing. The beach seems to be shared with 2 other houses. It is true what other people wrote that some people don’t respect the fact that this is a private area and they are coming above the gate to catch fish. But it didn’t bother us at all. It was maybe 2-3 people per day, so not a crowd;). We loved it there and we already made a reservation for the next time.

Herşey çok güzeldi, ev sahiplerinin ilgisi yakınlığı sanki kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettirdi. ev olanakları da oldukça yeterli,özellikle 3 adet banyo olması ve bahçeçok konforluydu. sitenjn kendi plajı var ancak biz gittiğimizde duş ve tuvaletler açık değildi, o nedenle kullanamadık,ama eve yürüme mesafesinde,ve oldukça temiz ve keyifliydi. ailecek gidebileceğiniz keyifli bir lokasyon, alaçatıya da çeşmeye de çok yakın,biz çok memnun kaldık :)

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and l loved staying here! Hikmet was extremely hospitable to us and made us feel very welcome in the beautiful Turkish countryside. Her neighbors invited us to eat authentic Turkish food the first night, which was so good! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the views were so beautiful. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of the days that we were there and Hikmet took such good care of us. She brought me some herbal tea and soup which was so good. You won't find a better place with a more wonderful host if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable and authentic getaway in Turkey!

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Our Kas villa stay was fantastic! Breathtaking views, an incredibly responsive host/manager, and beautiful art made it special. We loved the easy water access and how secluded it felt. Highly recommend!

Kaş merkeze araçla sadece 5 dakika mesafede. Büyükçakıl plajına çok yakın. Ev mükemmel dizayn edilmiş. Her odada geniş yatakları ve banyoları mevcuttu. Havuzu çok güzel. 8 kişi çok rahat ve çok iyi bir tatil geçirdik. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Merve hanıma her zaman çok rahat ulaştık. Bir daha Kaşa geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden yine bu evde kalırım.

Konaklamamızdan son derece memnun kaldık. Evin manzarası harikaydı ve temizlik açısından mükemmeldi. Fotoğrafta gördüklerinizden daha güzel bir ev ile karşılaşacağınızı söyleyebilirim. Ev ile ilgilenen yetkililer çok kibarlardı. Tek küçük sorun, ev sahibinin bazı taleplerimize olumlu veya olumsuz geri dönüş yapmamış olmasıydı. Mesajlarımıza yanıt alabilseydik çok memnun olurduk. Yine de genel olarak çok keyif aldık ve bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. İleri bir tarihte tekrar gelmeyi isteriz.

Mehmet was far and away the best host ever. He arranged a free 2 hour transfer from Dalaman airport on arrival and took us back himself at the end of our stay. In addition he arranged a free boat trip on one of our days because we had booked an extra night so that we could have a late check out and he felt bad about that. He was amazingly helpful and supportive of any queries we had about the villa or local attractions. I cannot recommend his villa enough - we had a fantastic time and are definitely planning to go back. On arrival there was a selection of fruit, bread, chocolates and even some wine. What an amazing host. You should definitely book here!

Çok temiz ve güzel bir ev, konumu harika merkeze çok yakın. Bizimle ilgilenen Cem Bey oldukça samimi ve ilgiliydi gitmemiz gereken yerler konusunda önerilerde bulunup evle alakalı her konuda ilgilendi. Sonuç olarak çok memnun kaldık diğer villalarını denemek çok isteriz.

Burcu’s apartment was the perfect place to relax from the craziness of Kas which was very busy most of the time. The short drive out to the peninsula was compensated by a million dollar view and the relaxing infinity edge pool. The space was clean and cool and comfortable. If we visit again would surely stay here. Thanks to Issa for making us feel at home and sorting out little issues.

Oncelikle Burcu Hanim’a cok tesekkur ederiz. Her ihtiyacimiza aninda cevap verdi. Ulasim anlatildigi kadar zor degil, etrafta gidilebilecek restoranlar ve plajlar da 15-20 dakika mesafede bulunuyor. Biz Burcu Hanim’in yonlendirmesi ile Kidrak Plaji’ni tercih ettik cok memnun kaldik. Kucuk kopegimizle konakladik, kendisine karsi da cok hosgorulu ve cana yakindi herkes cok tesekkur ederiz😊. Sessiz, sakin ve huzurlu bir deneyimdi. Evin her kosesi ozenle dekore edilmisti. Her sey icin cok tesekkur ederiz

Absolutely beautiful villa to stay at, especially perfect with a group. The sea platform is genuinely heavenly. Only recommendation I have is that the house wasn’t stocked with dishwashing tablets, bin bags, and no additional rolls of toilet paper - it would be great if these things could be included as we had to go and buy them at the market! Definitely wholeheartedly recommend this villa :)

We stayed for 2 weeks at this wonderful apartment. It is exactly as described. So spacious and super comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Absolutely magnificent views of Alanya from the terrace. Easy self check in and out Hulya was always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommended.

Bölgede bu konumda olan başka bir villa bulunmuyor. Villanın en önemli artısı tatili evinize taşıması ne zaman isterseniz denizdesiniz, dinlenmek isterseniz de ev konforuna 30 saniyede ulaşabilirsiniz. Birşeyler atıştırmak isterseniz 5 dakikada zincir fastfoodcularda ya da kahvecilerde ya da anında kendi mutfaginizdasiniz. Araç kullanmaya gerek yok ki biz araci garajdan cikarmadik. Evin önü yürüyüş yolu olduğundan belirli oranda insan yoğunluğu var ama bahçedeki tül perde detayı mahremiyeti sağlıyor. Güvenlik konusunda da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Evde temizlik malzemelerinden çay kahveye kadar herşey ayrıntılı olarak düşünülmüştü. Profesyonel bir şirket yardımıyla kiralama yapıldığından muhatap bulmakta sorun yaşamadık. Kısacası geniş aile olarak konakladığımız villadan güzel anılarla ayrıldık. İlgilerinden dolayı Enes ve Ziya beylere, Çiğdem hanıma ve Ali beye teşekkür ederiz.

Wonderful stay for my family. Deniz speaks English perfectly, provided tons of recommendations, and walked us through the house to show us all the amenities. The house is stunning, clean, and spacious. The house is right on the water and the water is crystal clear and swimmable. There is also an outside shower. The property is also pet friendly! A wonderful retreat from busy Istanbul. Highly recommend.

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

En ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş temizliğe de oldukça önem verilmiş. İç dizaynına hayran kaldık. Konumu itibarıyla da tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

İlk defa deneyimledik ve gerçekten muazzamdı daha iyisi olamazdı. Ali bey o kadar ilgili yardımsever düşünceli bi insan ki çok minnettarız 7 kişi gittik her şey tam istediğimiz gibiydi çok rahat ettik. Geldiğimiz için çok mutluyuz tekrar tekrar gelinebilecek kendi evinizmiş gibi bi yer her sorunda hemen yardımcı oldular ulaşım için taksi vs. Aynı zamanda villanın müdüre hanımına da teşekkür ediyoruz o da bize çok yardımcı oldu ufak şeylerle bile ilgilendi çok samimi ve sıcak insanlar ve ortam da öyle. Dehşet eğlendik ve güzel vakit geçirdik. Tekrardan buluşmak üzere

Tüm odalarda klima mevcut, temizlik kusursuz, genel olarak her şey yeni, ev sahibi yardımsever. Oldukça keyifli ve sorunsuzdu her şey için teşekkürler. Elektrikli süpürgenin başlığı bozuk. Terlik yok.
