perfect location, so close to bus and tram stops. its not in the mega busy main tourist drag of Balat, its a nicer area for me, more local feel with great , cheap eateries , but really easy to walk into the busier parts. check in, communication, arranging transfers all of that was smooth and friendly. nice balcony, good hot water and comfy bed. its a boutique apart stay rather than a regular home, so you do need to take your own tea/cooking oil etc...but the kitchen had all i needed - except a turkish teapot :)

This is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do the view justice! It is a gorgeous apartment, beautifully furnished, and the view is breathtaking. Morning coffee looking out over the Kas harbor and the sea were perfect, as were the sunsets! It was magical. The host was very responsive, refilled the chilled drinking water almost immediately when it ran out, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to cool off after the hike up the hill from the harbor. It definitely requires one to be quite fit, but you could also take a quick 3 minute taxi ride. We enjoyed the exercise and the reward of being at the the beautiful, peaceful Lemon House. Highly recommend this property! Thank you again.

The view is great and the interior of the house was spotless. The location is very central. Thanks to the key exchange, they were very flexible, even though we arrived very late, we were able to get the key very easily.

Our stay at the beautiful house surpassed our expectations in every aspect 10/10. In the evenings, we dedicated some time to acquainting ourselves with our host, who proved to be exceptionally pleasant individuals. Without a doubt, I'll return the next time I find myself in Fethiye. Thank you Rahime and Rakki.

The apartment was amazing, great views. I would recommend this place. The host was very friendly and helped us with checkin and taxi booking. Around are nice cafes and the harbour is close. Safe neighbourhood with a lot of cats. Just be prepared to walk up a lot of stairs on the street+ house (not suitable for disabilities). Some minor repairs would be needed for couch and bathroom and windows cleaned to be perfect.

Taylan was a true blessing as a host. He gave wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations, that were real gems and not touristy at all. We did many of them and were incredibly happy! Also, he organized the taxis from and to the airport without any problems which was a big help. As for the apartment, it has a lovely interior design, all the equipment that you need (f.e. for cooking meals at home), and it is very spacious. The roof terrace is a nice addition and we made good memories sitting up there sipping coffee. Can absolutely recommend this place and especially Taylan as a host!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Istanbul. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and the overall experience very comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from Taksim Square, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. One of the highlights was the beautiful balcony with a stunning view—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The area felt safe and vibrant, with plenty of cafes, shops, and attractions nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul.

Very attentative and quick to answer our inquiries. The location was excellent to travel to the nearby cities and beaches by car.

I feel at home every time

Mr. Mehmet was a very good host. The house was clean, the location was great. We are very pleased. The view is already great, transportation is very easy. We did not have any parking problems. I would definitely go to the only address in my next travels. Thank you very much to Mr. Mehmet.

Nurten's apartment was perfect for us, as we had a direct view of the Galata Tower, which was only 100 metres away from our balconies. It was fantastic to be staying right in the middle of such an amazing location. Plus the apartment had everything we needed.

Ergun's apartment was larger than expected and very well fitted out, beds where huge and comfortable in both bedrooms, living area was comfortable and bathroom and kitchen well equiped. The balcony was great, sunny at all times of the day.

Cem’s flat is really lovely, and Cem went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He was extremely flexible and communicative. We could not have had a better experience, and would recommend Cem’s flat to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Mr. Sarper was very nice to us. She's a very nice host. The house is the most beautiful house in Kaş. You can get everywhere on foot. The sea view was excellent. I hope we have a chance to stay again.

It was our first time in Istanbul and we absolutely loved it. This apartment's view of the Bosphorus bridge and sea is just breathtaking and brings the city into the apartment. It's also really close to the bus stops so getting to the rest of the city is really easy. A five minute walk will take you to the sea front in Ortakoy with many restaurants, shops, markets and beautiful views. The amenities are great, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home. Air con in the rooms was also handy for the hotter days. We had a few queries and questions during our stay and Berk was really responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend and will hopefully be back!
