Villa Mimoza Yanık ; 100 meters from the Sapanca-Maşukiye highway, serves you in a lush green garden of 2000 square meters. In its completely detached garden, our 100 sqm single-storey 2+1 villa is designed to meet the needs of our esteemed guests and is at the temperature of your home. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms and a master bathroom, also has a fireplace in its large living room. It is 3 km from Maşukiye, 2 km from Kırkpınar and 7 km from the slingshot coast.

Guest Lodge

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to October 1.
