House holiday rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Casa molto bella e funzionale, arredamenti e complementi d'arredo molto particolari. Terrazzo e camere con affaccio sul mare, si rimane senza parole. Un ringraziamento a Lavinia che ci ha seguito per l'intero soggiorno anche se non c'è stato nessun problema, tutto perfetto. Vacanza indelebile.

Soggiorno memorabile, location bellissima, panorama mozzafiato, accoglienza impeccabile. Siamo stati benissimo anche se x troppo poco tempo. La promessa è quella di tornare. Grazie di tutto !

Cudowne miejsce, życzliwi ludzie, piękne widoki. Byliśmy 4 osobową rodziną. W tym miejscu wypoczniesz, zrelaksujesz się, pomyślisz i na chwile przystaniesz. Poczujesz się jak w raju. Tu znajdziesz coś dla siebie i dziecka. Bardzo duży, czysty basen, jacuzzi, leżaki, parasole. Piękny sad olwiny. Można pograć w piłkę nożną, w ping ponga. W sadzie zrobisz grilla, a rano jak wstaniesz wypijesz kawe na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Apartament wyposażony rewelacyjnie. Bardzo czysto we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Do miasta 5 min drogi autem. W miescie różnorodność sklepów. Znajdziesz wszystko co chcesz. Stąd dojedziesz w wiele innych ciekawych miejsc. Samen met mijn vrouw en onze 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 jaar verbleven we een week in het huis van Antonio! Wat hebben wij genoten, echt een week om nooit te vergeten! We kunnen deze plek iedereen aanraden! De tuin is prachtig met vele mooie bloemen en planten. Het zwembad en de jacuzzi zijn nog mooier dan op de foto’s en het huis was voor ons de typische Toscaanse sfeer die wij zochten! We hebben genoten van het adembenemende uitzicht en het terras met bbq en vuurplaats waar we marshmallows met de kinderen hebben geroosterd! Antonio is erg goed bereikbaar en geeft handige tips. En zijn Engels is beter dan dat hij zegt 😉 Wij komen graag nog een terug in dit paradijsje 🤩 Antonio, grazie

Unser Aufenthalt in Dario’s Haus war einfach perfekt! Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet, wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders beeindruckend war der eigene Pool – eine absolute Wohlfühloase! 🏊‍♂️✨ Alles war extrem sauber und ordentlich, was sofort ein angenehmes Gefühl vermittelt hat. Die Privatsphäre war absolut gegeben, und dennoch war Dario unglaublich hilfsbereit, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Seine Gastfreundschaft war top – freundlich, aufmerksam und genau im richtigen Maß präsent! 😊 Ein rundum großartiger Aufenthalt – wir kommen definitiv wieder! 🌟

I had a wonderful stay at Gilberto’s place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The house is very comfortable to live in, well-equipped with everything you might need, and pleasantly warm inside, which made it feel very cozy. The internet is fast (30-40 mb/s) and stable, perfect for remote work. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well during my stay! Gilberto and his family are truly lovely people, always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any message or question. It’s also a great location for trips to San Gimignano or Volterra, and there’s a very tasty restaurant right in the village (Tre Archi), which is definitely worth a visit. I highly recommend this place — it’s one of those stays that will stay in your memory for a long time, not only because of the beautiful home but also thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the wonderful family hosting it.

Een fijn huis op een fijne plek. Het is erg afgelegen, dus verwacht niet binnen 10 minuten in een bruisend centrum te zijn. Binnen 10 minuten lopen ben je wil in een dorpje met leuke restaurantjes. De weg ernaartoe is de eerst keer wat uitdagend, maar daarna prima te doen. Contact met Ryann was supersnel en heel makkelijk.

Traumhaft! Wir waren mit 3 kleinen Kindern in dem Apartment. Der Außenbereich bietet viel Platz und eine klare Abgrenzung. Auch die Innenräume sind perfekt für Familien. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist optimal. Die Lage ist großartig- nahe am Meer. Ungefährlicher Weg. Ein ruhiger Ort mit vielen Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten vor der Tür.

This apartment was so beautiful and the views were even better. We had an amazing stay here as our base for exploring Tuscany - visiting the Val d’Orcia and the thermal baths were a highlight! Lucia and Marco met us on arrival and were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of advice and places to visit. There was an issue with the boiler but Lucia was straight on it and it was fixed by the time we were home for the day. Thank you so much!

Podczas całego naszego wyjazdu do Włoch spaliśmy w kilku miejscach. W oparciu o same zdjęcia zdecydowaliśmy, że w Castagneto Carducci zostaniemy najdłużej. Dlaczego? To jeszcze Toskania, a jednoczenie położona niemal nad samym brzegiem morza. Na zdjęciach bardzo spodobał nam się dom. I taki wybór był strzałem w dziesiątkę. Każde inne miejsce, w którym byliśmy nie zrobiło na nas takiego wrażenia. Od początku: -Ranieri to perfekcyjny gospodarz. Zadba o każdy szczegół, przekaże istotną wiedzę, interesuję się gośćmi. -Dom, w który spaliśmy to spełnienie marzeń o spaniu w typowo Toskańskim domku. Wszystko dopasowane do siebie ze smakiem i gustem. Mega klimat tego miejsca. Sprzęty świeże, wszystko sprawne. Bez jednego minusa! Ogród dookoła domu jest bardzo zadbany, codziennie podlewany. -Okolica: pyszne jedzenie, mnóstwo winnic, mnóstwo plantacji oliwek dookoła i bliskość morza oraz wielu cudownych plaż. W pobliskim mieście załatwimy wszystko (jest nawet myjnia samochodowa i pralnia)

Have a great time here, the view is very nice, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room has everything we needed (and more), very clean, well set up and it is exactly as the advertised picture. And also Elettra and Irene are such great host, they are friendly and really helpful.

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf die Hügel der Toskana, das Meer und die Inseln ist unbezahlbar! Ein besonderes Erlebnis ist es, wenn Roccos Taubenschwarm seine Kreise dicht übers Häuschen zieht. Nachts sieht man auf der Wiese hinterm Haus Glühwürmchen - magisch! Wir haben auch die Gelegenheit genossen, an einem Dinner auf der Toscani Ranch teilzunehmen. Es war eine sehr herzliche, familiäre Atmosphäre! Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Casale Marittimo ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und zu Recht als eins der schönsten Dörfer Italiens ausgezeichnet. Wir haben außerdem Ausflüge nach San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florenz und bis hinunter zu den Thermen von Saturnia und dem Giardino dei Tarocchi gemacht. Das Meer ist nur 15 Autominuten entfernt. Der Pinienwald am Strand von Cecina ist sehenswert, genau wie der Torre de Bibbone. Grundausstattung für die Küche muss man mitbringen, wir empfehlen das leckere Olivenöl von Rocco zu beziehen! La villa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e accessoriata davvero di tutto , sembra di essere a casa propria Il giardino e la terrazza sono splendidi , la vista incantevole e spazia dalla Corsica ( si vede tutte le sere il tramonto) all’isola d’Elba sino alle coste dell’Italia Gli innumerevoli tavoli e sdraio fanno gustare ogni angolo del giardino in modo diverso , la recinzione è comodissima per chi ha cani … i miei sono stati benissimo e si sono goduti il soggiorno correndo e giocando ed è stato molto rilassante il saperli al sicuro Nei dintorni c’è un piccolo alimentari ed un panificio , Sant’Andrea è un piccolissimo paese con una spiaggia stupenda La custode e l’host sempre disponibili Un’esperienza davvero da ricordare Grazie ai proprietari della Villa che hanno pensato davvero a tutto :)

Casa di Silvia molto bella, attrezzata, pulita e posizione unica: terrazzo con tramonto sul mare veramente molto suggestivo. Il signor Marino gentile e disponibile: ci ha dato consigli utili per fare delle belle camminate (cammino ad anello delle vecchie cantine di chiessi: meraviglia per gli occhi: che consiglio vivamente!) Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene su tutto: isola magica, casa impeccabile, il centro del paese a pochi passi, i local molto accoglienti … insomma good vibes 🤗 Ritorneremo assolutamente ⛵️

Wunderschöne, kleine Unterkunft. Wir haben den Ausblick und das abendliche kochen auf der Terasse sehr genossen. Der Meerzugang ist felsig aber durch Treppen und eine Badeplattform gut zugänglich und lädt zum Schnorcheln ein. Fabio hat flexibel auf unsere Parkplatzanforderungen reagiert. Wir kommen wohl wieder 😌

Abbiamo soggiornato presso “l’alloro” per cinque giorni (quattro notti) e ci siamo trovati molto bene. I proprietari sono cordiali, ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni utili per un soggiorno comodo e piacevole. Il luogo è riparato e molto tranquillo. L’abitazione è confortevole e pulita. Con noi c’era il nostro cane di taglia grande e non abbiamo trovato difficoltà. Nei paraggi c’è il lago dell’Accesa, molto comodo, ma in ogni caso non eravamo troppo distanti dalle spiagge di Follonica. Un’ottima esperienza.

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen - die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit inmitten idyllischer Natur war genau so wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet, Co-Gastgeberin Eva freundlich, super erreichbar und top zuverlässig. Etwas geschockt waren wir von der seeeehr steilen, kurvigen und ruppigen Zufahrtsstraße. Gerne wieder

We were a group of 12 from Mumbai, India, looking to experience a typical Italian town, and Giada's house was the perfect choice! We took plenty of photos of the entire house. It's beautifully kept, well-maintained, and has all the necessary amenities a traveler would need. The neighborhood is small and tranquil. The villa, ideal for big groups who want to spend quality time together. Giada was an exceptional host - super experienced, friendly, and prompt in communicating everything we needed to know. She was also always available for easy communication. We would 5/5 recommend it!

Federica è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per facilitare il nostro arrivo. L’appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative, pulito e ordinato.. non mancava nulla! Grazie mille, speriamo di tornare presto!

Für uns nachvollziehbar und begrüßenswert: der Preis ist für die Lage. Für uns würde zuviel Luxus diese in den Schatten stellen. Ein paar Erneuerungen insbesondere die Einrichtung einer gemütlichen Ecke, in der man es sich gemeinsam und auch mal kuschlig machen kann, würden dennoch nicht schaden. Wir hatten so oder so eine sehr gute Zeit und haben die Naturbegegnungen, die Aussicht, den Sternenhimmel, das Meer und nicht zuletzt das Abseits von überfüllten Stränden ausgiebig genossen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico grazie all'ospitalità e all'entusiasmo di Barbara e Emmanuele, che hanno avuto la gentilezza di trascorre dei momenti indimenticabili con noi, nonostante i loro obblighi lavorativi. L'appartemento è impeccabile : pulito, ordinato e ben organizzato. La loro casa è ben situata nella Toscana meridionale, poco distante da centri culturali e archeologici come vetulonia, massa marittima o Grosseto. Belle spiagge son a solo 1/4 d'ora, 20 mn di macchina come Follonica o Castiglione. Insomma se passate in zona, veramente non esitate, fiondatevi ! una caro abbraccio Brenda & Francesco
