This place is a gem. A very nice apartment for a small group, with an amazing view from the upstairs terrace. Emanuele was an awesome host and he provided various suggestions on food, restaurants, activities, etc. we were very pleased with the thoroughness of his check in process and the tour he gave us. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence.

The best place I could find in Florence. The location is fantastic! 20 steps from the station. Also the view (which isn’t shown in the images) is stunning from His apartment. This was our first stop for our trip and it just couldn’t have been better. It matched the romantic energy of Florence. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Id love to come back here soon when I visit Florence again :)

Luca has given a lot of thought to the needs of his guests including a handy in-house shop where you can buy drinks, pasta, and small groceries. It was very welcoming to find a fridge full of cooling drinks. There is everything you need, including a patio area with table and chairs. Sadly it rained for most of my visit, but it would be great for sunny weather. The historic part of Chiusi is a short bus ride up the hill, and you can get the bus from outside the station. I recommend going to the Etruscan museum and the tour of the labyrinth, aqueduct, and tower. I didn't get to the lake because of the weather, but I am sure that it would be lovely in the sunshine.

This beautiful and spacious apartment on the Piazza del Carmine was an absolute highlight for our family of four adults while staying six nights in Florence. The location was off the beaten track but an easy walk to everything. (And there is a small grocery store around the corner which was so convenient!) The apartment is on the top floor of a corner building so it was quiet and the views of the piazza and surrounding neighborhood were lovely. We were greeted by Arlene who showed us around and brought us a tray of cold water upon entering the apartment. (Much appreciated in the August heat, as was the air conditioning!) There are 75 steps into the apartment, but Arlene’s colleague brought our bags up for us. We had no issues with the stairs any time during our stay. Arlene came back twice during our six nights to clean and tidy the place. Giulio arranged a taxi for us to the airport on the day of our departure. He was great to work with. We highly recommend this AirBnB!

We absolutely loved our stay at Luca’s place in La Spezia! The apartment was perfect for the three of us—comfortable, spotless, and in a great location. It was just a short walk to the train station, which made it super convenient for exploring Cinque Terre. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, all within walking distance. What really stood out were the special touches from the host—a bowl of candy, breadsticks, a bowl of flower petals, and even soap and shampoo beautifully arranged with a flower on each bed. It was such a welcoming and thoughtful gesture. We’re so happy we found this place and would definitely stay here again!

Since before arriving Lorenzo and Virginia were always at our disposal willing to answer any questions we had. They were very clear with check in and check out instructions which made the process very easy and friendly. The place is near Santo Spirito a plaza with many great restaurants and it’s very walkable to many of the main sightseeing sites. The apartment was also spotless and smelled great! 100% recommend.

Wir hatten 2 traumhafte Wochen in der Unterkunft! Das Haus ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Es gibt im Wohnbereich sehr viele gemütliche Ecken, in denen man entspannt lesen oder gemeinsam essen und reden kann. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltete Rückzugsorte, in denen wir sehr gut geschlafen haben. Ein Highlight ist auch die Küche, die wirklich perfekt ausgestattet ist. Wir haben fast jeden Tag gekocht und alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Rund um das Haus gibt es viele verschiedene Orte im Garten, in denen Tische und Liegestühle aufgestellt sind, um sich dort alleine oder auch gemeinsam aufzuhalten - nicht zu vergessen der tolle Pool zum Abkühlen. Annalisa und ihr Mann Ulli sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und die perfekten Gastgeber! Sie haben uns viele nützliche Tipps gegeben, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und Annalisa hat uns sogar Olivenöl aus der Region organisiert. Danke für den wunderbaren Urlaub!

Incredible host. Incredible house. You feel like you are inside a postcard. The most beautiful views are all around you. We did not want to leave. Just breathtaking.

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

Jättefint hus med fantastisk trädgård och pool! Enda anmärkningen var att det endast finns ac i ett av de fyra sovrummen så det var ganska varmt inomhus.

We had a great stay at the villa! Diego and Aldo were great hosts and were very responsive to any issues we had. There was a slight issue with the water but both of them were able to quickly help and were extremely kind. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was alright. Maura and Francesco were available whenever we needed. They helped us find a vet for our dog, brought a slide for the kids, recommended places on Elba. The house is clean, the plot is huge, the pool is amazing. Thank you

Utrolig fin utsikt! Svært rent og ryddig bolig og bassengområde. Utrolig imøtekommende og hyggelig vert.

Wir waren zu 6 auf diesem wunderschönen Anwesen und haben einige ruhige Tage in der Natur verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegen wenn du also Ruhe und Entspannung suchst ist der Ort ideal. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet viel Umschwung und die Sonnentage am Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht aus Meer waren wunderschön.

This is a unique place. The treehouse is small and cosy. Everything you need is there. Close to the crowded city but also close to the marvelouse countryside. We were there the second time and we love this place in the middle of olive trees, you see the top of the Dome of Firence, the house is in the shadow of several pine trees. It is a magic place for us.

I stayed at Palazzo Bucelli in Montepulciano from May 17 to May 31, 2025, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment is exactly as advertised—beautiful, plenty of space, and exceptionally quiet. Vania is an amazing host: kind, helpful, and attentive. She even saved a parking space for me, which made arrival and unloading very easy. The location is perfect—just steps away from dozens of restaurants and within easy walking distance to a well-stocked supermarket. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking. One of my favorite parts of the stay was watching hundreds of swallows dancing in the sky every morning and evening, right outside the dining room window. It was magical. I highly recommend this apartment and would love to return someday.

Martina was so kind and helpful, she even gave us a brief tour of the apartment upon check in. She ensured we knew where everything was located and she has a binder of any information needed. We enjoyed the seating area in front for breakfast and coffee. We loved how close the apartment is from the train station so we could walk to and from to save us time and some money. The location is very walkable to many restaurants, shops and sights. We loved that there is a grocery store near by and also a "sight seeing bus" stop around the corner. We found the bedding comfortable and the apartment felt safe. Everything is very nice and ready for guests who may decide to have a meal in vs going out too.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit auf Elba und können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Aussicht von der Wohnung aufs Meer ist einfach fantastisch – jeden Morgen aufs Meer zu blicken, war ein Traum. Alles war makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders die Küche war top ausgestattet! Die Lage ist schön zentral, sodass man schnell in den umliegenden Orten ist, aber trotzdem seine Ruhe hat. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Elba selbst ist traumhaft schön, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Die Wohnung ist ideal, wenn man Florenz entdecken möchte. Die Ausstattung und die zentrale Lage sind eine super Kombination für ein paar schöne Tage in der Stadt. Das einzige Manko ist ein leichter Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer.

A beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Florence. Check in was very well communicated and the host also provided some extra useful information for the area. Plenty of basic amenities provided too. Couldn't ask for more.

No words can describe the beauty of this home. Aside from its decor and size, the host is outstanding. Patrizia greeted us with a warm welcome at the door and gave us tips and pointers on the city. 10/10 recommend staying here because Patrizia is a beautiful person and shows such kindness. The beautiful home itself is just the cherry on top!
