Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Tyrifjorden

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

Dette er en helt nydelig plass som anbefales på det sterkeste. En ekte bondeidyll, med et nydelig gårdstun, et hus man vil flytte inn i, og går du hundre meter ned veien har du en badeplass som gir friske bad og postkortbilder. Vi kommer helt klart tilbake! Vi havde en rigtig dejlig aften i huset. Det ligger utroligt smukt med udsigt ud over marker og bakker. Bålhytten var et hit om aftenen.

Dom przytulny, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony. Wszystko działało, gospodarz pomocny i uprzejmy. Polecam każdemu szukającemu spokojnego i komfortowego miejsca.

Es war wunderschön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wiederkommen. Anne hat uns zur jeder Zeit geholfen und uns Anweisungen gegeben. Ich kann die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s place. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and BBQs, and our kids loved exploring the nearby forest and relaxing by the bonfire. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and scenic hikes. Sadly, the weather kept us from using the kayak and SUP, but we still had a great time. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Mette's place, it very spacious with everything you could want. Mette is generous, kind and always ready to help. The view from the balconies is outstanding. if you are walking, it is 20mins from the train station and 10mins is uphill. Also you are in the middle of a 3 story building, and sometimes you will hear people walking around upstairs. Neither of these worried us, I only mention this in passing. They in no detracted from our experience. 5 stars all round. Thank you Mette.

Veldig koselig plass, veldig koselig familie. Me koste oss me kino på kvelden. Og fikk sjå kaninene på morningen. Anbefales!

Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Eine Bahnhaltestelle mit direkt Verbindung nach Oslo war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich.

Inger was not there for my stay so we had the whole place for ourselves. There is everything you could need to stay there for a couple of days. The apartment was very cozy and the balcony was a very nice touch. The location however was not ideal. We had a bit of trouble finding the bus that takes you to the center and they don’t come that often at night. The building is very quiet and private. The fireplace was lets you keep warm and feel very at home. Everything was squeaky clean and clearly labeled to let us know what we could and could not use. Comfortable bed for a couple. In short, I really enjoyed my time here, the only thing that could get better would be the location if you plan on doing some tourism but this is also clear before you book it. Would recommend!

Nydelig sted, privat område og alt stemte overens med bildene! Ligger skjult til, så er ikke ved veien som gjør det mer sjarmerende! Fine løsninger på hytten, er å anbefale og blir nok en tur til!

Helge was extremely approachable and helpful host - he even picked us up at the train station due to the bad weather forecast the day we arrived. The place was very clean and cosy, and had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Very nice outdoor area as well with outside fireplace and terrace. Beautiful surroundings for hiking or just enjoying the scenery. Overall a very pleasant stay and Helge was very helpful with whatever you might need. Recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at Heidi and Kristoffers beautiful cabin. Exquisite location with fabulous views, with great walking paths in close vicinity. They were fantastic hosts and responded immediately to all of our enquiries. We particularly loved the design and layout of the cabin, and felt very comfortable throughout the duration of our stay. We prepared big meals, and really made good use of they're kitchen (an italian in tow)... It should be noted that if you are having big meals be prepared to refill the water tank. For washing up and of course shower purposes. For us this added an extra charm and we really didn't mind refilling at the well just on the doorstep. My daughter loved assisting with the buckets. We had a fabulous 4 day break and found the cabin and it's amenities all very satisfying. As 3 adults, a labrador and a 5 year old, it really did tick all the boxes. Why are eager to return in future!

La baita di Sissel è a dir poco splendida! Arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort, offre una splendida vista sul lago e l'atmosfera giusta per rilassarsi nella natura. Sissel ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è stata sempre reperibile. Speriamo di tornare presto e consigliamo di soggiornare in questo posto magico!

Die Hütte von Daniel & Benjamin war super gemütlich und entsprach komplett unseren Erwartungen! Super cozy und idyllisch in den norwegischen Bergen. Im Schnee war es etwas schwierig den Weg zum Eingang zu finden, aber das ging trotzdem klar! 😊

Brukte en snau uke på denne hytta i starten av mai. Hytta ligger helt fantastisk til for å gå på tur, eller bare nyte utsikten fra en av de mange benkene eller stolene på eiendommen. Her er det god plass, flotte løsninger for familien, og til og med leker for de aller minste. Alt er beskrevet i detalj, så du slipper å lure på noe hverken før, underveis eller etter oppholdet. Bjørg Marit svarer utrolig fort, og er veldig hjelpsom om det skulle være noe. Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Het huis heeft een mooie moderne inrichting en door de vele ramen een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen . Het heeft een sfeervolle houtkachel en de keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben een geweldig fijne week gehad. Andreas en Ida reageren zeer snel op vragen en zijn heel meedenkend en behulpzaam. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om hun mooie cabin in de bergen te huren.

Vi hadde et svært hyggelig opphold hos Birigit. Godt utstyrt hytte på alle måter og enkelt å finne seg til rette. Fin utsikt og tett på naturen. Kommer gjerne tilbake.
