The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

My place is centrally located in "Neue Mitte" in Überlingen, only 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station. The lake can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within 150 meters. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, the bus stop is only 100 meters away. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

The 80 sqm three-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 600 year old patrician house in the old town of Überlingen. The lake, pedestrian zone and two supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. The lovingly renovated house in 2017 captivates with its special location in the traffic-calmed Luziengasse overlooking the museum garden and the lake.
