Our modern and cozy 3-room apartment is located on the east side of Fraueninsel in Lake Chiemsee. Two to max. 4 people can stay in our 70 sqm apartment. Because not only the bedroom with double bed, but also the cozy sofa bed in the living room with separate mattress (140 × 200 cm) offers all comforts. On the large balcony you can overlook Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps. In less than 1 minute you can reach the shared meadow by the lake, with jetty and two sun loungers.

The house is located overseas on Lake Chiemsee, kitchen, large dining-living area, bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, 2 bedrooms and an extra living room, which can also be used as another bedroom. The private garden offers a sunny terrace directly at the house, as well as a covered outdoor seating area. The longest Natursandstrand Bayerns am Chiemsee is only a few minutes by bike, or the free bathing bus, which runs every 30 minutes in summer on weekends.
