On the first floor there are a total of 2 double rooms - one of them with an en-suite bathroom - and a family room for 4 people. There is an additional spacious bathroom there.

One of our guests described the remise as a “Tiny House with antiques.” Surrounded by old trees is the former remise, adjacent to our 140-year-old villa in the beautiful Übersee am Chiemsee. The stylish small duplex, furnished with antique furniture and pictures, accommodates two people.
