Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. Der Hauseingang und das Treppenhaus werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein abgeschlossener, privater Bereich mit eigenem Bad und Balkon. Ferienwohnung für bis zu vier Personen. Die Wohnung befindet sich 8 Fußminuten vom Chiemseeufer entfernt in Übersee Feldwies.
