A bakery and a supermarket are a 10-minute walk.

The ski resorts of Spieljoch, Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are just a few km from our house and can be reached by car!

Lake Achen, the largest lake in Tyrol, is 2 km away. The ski resort is within walking distance. The golf course is 1 km away.

Mein Haus befindet sich 3km oberhalb der Stadt Schwaz, 30km östlich von Innsbruck, der Landeshauptstadt von Tirol. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

The small but cozy basement apartment is in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet location and a few minutes' drive from ski areas such as Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal. These are easily accessible by public transport. Our location is the starting point for beautiful hikes. WiFi is free of charge. The apartment has satellite TV, an open living and sleeping area and a sunny terrace with a side mountain view. The kitchen is fully equipped!

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
