Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2 floor with elevator accessible. In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cableTV and Wi-Fi You live directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is about 7 min. to the center in Ulm and the Ulmer Münster and to the train station it is also only 3 min. Wonderful living in the old town of Ulm in the popular residential area "Auf dem Kreuz" with balcony and free underground parking! With this gem, all important points of contact and public transport are very close by - in the middle of the city and yet fantastically beautiful and quiet (traffic-calmed), shopping, Danube, beautiful historical surroundings …! From the underground parking space, it is a few steps by elevator to the apartment with balcony balcony, on the second floor.

Nice apartment in Ulmer Oststadt

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a beautiful bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and the city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. City center 15 minutes on foot. Private access to the backyard.

The accommodation is right in the city center, close to the train station (about 150m). The bus stop is right in front of the house and takes you to the University and hospital within 15 minutes.
