Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ulten

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Marion und Paolo sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Salurn ist ein sehr schöner ruhiger und gemütlicher Ort, mit ein paar schönen Restaurants. Die Lage ist perfekt um von dort aus schöne Wanderungen zu unternehmen oder zu dem nahe gelegenen kalterer See zu fahren. Marion und Paolo sind sehr herzlich und haben uns viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen gegeben.

Casa calda e accogliente che soddisfa davvero ogni necessità, onestamente sarà difficile non fare il paragone con altri alloggi in futuro; purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto di persona l'host che però è stato sempre tempestivo nelle comunicazioni e disponibile per piccoli consigli, torneremo sicuramente!!

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

Claudio und Pierangela sind Herzensgute Menschen, wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist Modern und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr gute Tipps zu Wanderungen und Restaurants erhalten. Haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt bei den beiden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur Traumhaft. Wir geben 10 Sterne für die Unterkunft.

Peter was a wonderful host, very friendly and he gave us the feeling to be at Home. Also the Location of the Appartement is great and so close to the City Center with Great Restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed pur stay. Also it was no Problem to take our buycycles with us into the apartement. Thank you for the nice stay

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet eine herrliche Umgebung zum Entspannen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten – sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Judith: Sie ist eine ausgesprochen zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns mit viel Herzlichkeit empfangen hat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben ein paar großartige Tage zum wzandern und Biken bei Benno verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, top ausgestattet, clean und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zu zweit für 4 Nächte in Silkes schöner Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Restaurants, Cafés und die Promenaden sind daher in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die allermeisten Wanderstrecken können problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Silke war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter und kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

Wir waren zum Wandern, Mountainbiken und natürlich auch zum Erkunden der Stadt da. Es war mega! Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend dazu und man kann das schöne große Haus und den Garten genießen! Wir hatten 2 kleine Chihuahuas dabei und das hat hervorragend funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine Bar sowie eine sehr gute Pizzeria gibt es zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten sollte man das Auto nehmen und in die Stadt fahren. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es. Auch konnten wir einige Seen und Attraktionen toll erreichen. Es hat sich gelohnt! Wir waren viel unterwegs, haben aber auch die Großzügigkeit des Hauses und Gastgebers sehr genossen und geschätzt. Danke

Die Unterkunft war super und die Kommunikation war auch immer Top. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Häuschen- also genau richtig zum abschalten;). Der Pool war klasse und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Alles in allem war es ein toller Urlaub .

Wunderschön gelegenes Fleckchen Erde. Francesca und Ihr Mann sind überaus freundlich und unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß mit den Tieren. In der Früh begrüßen dich das Pferd, der Hund und die Hühner ☺️ Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen zu diesem idyllischen Ort inmitten der Weinberge!

Villetta in zona tranquilla e con una vista splendida sulle montagne. Negozi di prima necessità vicini e comoda per camminate lungo il fiume. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e l'host è stato sempre super disponibile. Alla prossima!

Beau logement et pratique, très propre et agréable.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, die auch gehobenen Ansprüchen zu genügen vermag. Ruhige und beschauliche Umgebung; ein parkähnlicher Garten, der zum Verweilen einlädt. Hervorragende Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin, mit einer umfassenden Dokumentation zur Wohnung und zu Freizeitaktivitäten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Gastronomie in der Umgebung.

Ornella’s place is very magical - we stayed only for one night as we made our way to the Dolomites but we will return for longer. It’s a beautiful flat with really cosy furnishings and a blend of old and new decor. We both slept so well - it’s extremely peaceful and Ornella was a wonderful host giving local recommendations and responding quickly! I would highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la casa di Liliana per un weekend fuori porta. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente e tutto pulito. Liliana è stata molto disponibile (ci ha permesso di fare il check-in in anticipo) e gentile fornendoci anche consigli pratici per visitiare Molveno e dintorni.

Laura was a very responsive host, proactively communicating and sharing tips for our travel and check-in. The apartment was super super clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We also worked from the apartment which was easy thanks to the spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The instructions on where to park were very detailed and it was extremely helpful to have a cold parking spot in the garage. 10/10 would visit again! 😊

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

Sono molto soddisfatta dell'alloggio e della collaborazione offerta de Elisa, sotto questo aspetto tornerei molto volentieri. I doppi servizi sono strautili e l'appartamento è veramente grande, accogliente e ben diviso. Nell'angolo cottura vi era, oltre alle pentole, quanto necessario per una spaghettata, ivi compreso il sale, lo zucchero, l' olio Etc! Fantastico!!! Un bel 10 e lode all'host. Sono invece rimasta un poco male per le modifiche apportate alla struttura del Solaria, che ho frequentato negli anni '80 \ '90, quando il complesso era pienamente accessibile a prescindere dalla zona in cui si trovava l'appartamento. L'aver creato zone off limit per i clienti dell'Albarè penso sia stata una scelta penalizzante per l'intero complesso. Peccato! quell'astronave enorme, nella quale ti potevi muovere ed accedere ai servizi liberamente dall'interno utilizzando corridoi ed ascensori, era un unicum senza eguali, sopratutto per le famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Peccato!

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Hund dort und es war ein Traum! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wirklich sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Für die meisten Aktivitäten benötigt man ein Auto, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
