The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Our apartment is close to the city center (1.2 km), train station (850 m), airport (3.3 km). You do not need a car, supermarket, bakery, restaurant in the neighborhood, city center (market square) within 15 minutes' walk. You'll feel at home. You live climate-neutral. Our place (about 41 square meters) is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Extensive amenities available. The garden is also open to guests, but currently limited in use.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Through an extensive corridor you get to all 3 bedrooms as well as to the large kitchen/living room which can accommodate 6 persons, from there you get to a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can access the balcony to the east. The big bathroom has a bath, shower and a sink, the toilet is separate.
