Unser Sachl liegt im Herzen des Vilstals und doch in kompletter Alleinlage mit nur Wiesen/Weiden und Wäldern außenrum. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ist modern eingerichtet, mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und einem neu sanierten Bad. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, aber unser Hof ist bewirtschaftet und hier wird gearbeitet. Mit uns leben viele Hühner, Mutterkühe, Bienen und unsere zwei Labrador Mädls Caro & Maya die frei rumlaufen. Urlaubsgäste und Monteure sind willkommen!

Well-equipped apartment in the countryside

Unser Zimmer befinden sich ebenerdig im Erdgeschoss. Es ist neu renoviert und hell ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160x200m) sowie einem kleinen Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Für ein Reisebett ist ebenfalls Platz, welches bei der Buchung bitte angefragt werden muss. Das vorhandene Badezimmer wurde auch komplett modernisiert. Für den kleinen Hunger und am nächsten Morgen gibt’s eine voll ausgestattete Küche. (Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Induktionskochfläche)

The bright and friendly first floor apartment is located in a three-family house. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, combined kitchen/living room, living room and terrace with access to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen-living room has a 4-burner ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, built-in fridge and microwave as well as direct access to the garden. The living room is equipped with an extra bed and stereo. Each room has a TV. Bicycles can be used free of charge.

Ruhig gelegen, mitten im Grünen, erwartet euch ein Rückzugsort fernab von Lärm und Hektik – mit weitem Blick in die Natur und bei klarer Sicht bis in die Chiemgauer Alpen. Hier hört ihr nichts außer Vogelgezwitscher und das sanfte Muhen unserer Galloway-Rinder. Perfekt, um abzuschalten, durchzuatmen und den Alltag hinter euch zu lassen.

The farmhouse with seminar and event room is also suitable for celebrations, bachelor parties, weddings, concerts, etc. The location near the city of Eggenfelden can also be used after 10 pm. The historic mill is right on the river, where you can also swim. In the old farmhouse you can live traditionally. The large garden invites you to barbecue and make a fire. Fishing is possible with a day ticket. In the cold season, a barrel sauna can also be organized.

At the edge of the forest on the Schellenberg

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Modern room in a new single-family home

Be a guest in my single-family home. I am present in the evening and at night, otherwise 3 cats live here. All communal facilities such as bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, fitness room and a large garden are at your disposal. Your room has a 140 cm wide bed. Tüßling is known for its concerts and garden days in summer, as well as the Christmas market. A bus stop and a train station are within a few minutes' walk.

The cozy newly renovated apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house. From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.

We rent the annex on our farm. We live here with our two children and have 2 free-range wool pigs, 9 sheep, chickens and ducks. On our Aeral there is a beautiful stream where you can make great stream walks through the forest. There is a swimming lake about 600m away. It is 5 minutes to Altötting, 45 minutes to Munich and about 1 hour by car to the mountains.

House by the pond, 200m² for max. 10 people

The Frialing is a former farmhouse in the small village of Frühling. You can spend your holiday with us in and around the listed Bundwerkstadel, in the middle of the wonderful Alpine foothills of the northern Chiemgau with a wonderful view of the Chiemgau mountains.

Modern 2-room apartment in the heart of Lower Bavaria

Our 45 m² apartment in Falkenberg district Taufkirchen has a separate entrance and a nice terrace for your own use. In the village, there is a good bourgeois inn with an adjoining butcher's shop, a basic food supply and fresh baked goods in the immediate vicinity.
