WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

The small idyll was a bit tight for 4 adults, but you can also call it simply muggy and cozy. The noise of the highway is so subtle that you don't even notice it. And so you get a really cute cottage everywhere peppered with little touches. This is still a real AirBnB where you feel welcome and where the owners have thought about. The quaint style is positively deceptive, because the house is above average equipped with charging stations, kitchen technology and co. However, I would treat the house to one more door that separates the sleeping areas from each other. Thank you for the uncomplicated hospitality. It was really nice to stay with you.

Her place was great and it accommodated 5 Adults and 3 children very well! We were extremely pleased!

A beautiful, modern, superbly equipped house with everything you could need. The location is simply stunning and the local shops and amenities are all within 5 to 10 min drive. Ubersee train station is close by also and you can easily access Munich and Salzburg in around an hour. All in all it's had the ideal mix of peace and quiet to relax but with easy links to urban attractions and mountain landscapes . Highly recommend you book a week or two !

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

wow, what more can you say about this place. it is in the most beautiful location, hidden in the valley with wonderful views either side. Franz and family were lovely and accommodating, really helpful before arrival, and during my stay. I was working remotely for a few days, so did not get to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, but there was a very convenient large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Despite the wet weather, I went on runs and hikes in the area, crossing over the border into Germany, and the surroundings are beautiful. There also appears to be a very reasonable priced swimming pool nearby which i wish i was able to make the most of. Travel on the 180 bus from Salzburg Hbf was also very easy. Being able to enjoy the terrace come rain or sun made the whole stay very peaceful and enjoyable. there is a small kitchen to make some meals, the bedroom and living space is well equipped, and the private bathroom is also very good. Thanks very much to Franz and family!

Ideal accommodation for a long weekend to explore the region. Has everything you need. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We had an amazing stay at Stephen’s home. Everything was just as described. He was very responsive when we had any questions. Beautiful home and plenty to do around the neighborhood and surrounding towns & villages. Very walkable! We would definitely come back!

The stay with Johanna and her husband was quite wonderful. The two are two good-hearted and likeable people. Definitely recommend.

The stay was really great! The hosts were very nice, warm and open-minded, which made the whole visit particularly pleasant. They felt welcome right away. Communication was smooth, and the accommodation was clean and well equipped. The surroundings were also beautiful and very central, making it easy to go on excursions. In the evening, it was easy to relax due to the quiet location. We can absolutely recommend the stay and will be happy to come back!

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and cozily furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!
