Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. We stayed in this apartment for one week and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We chose it primarily for its location, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The views over the Rhine were simply amazing, and having the cycle route right outside the front door was perfect for our daily adventures. The apartment itself was spotless, very well appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a true home away from home. What made the experience even better were the hosts – they were absolutely brilliant. Communication was quick, helpful, and always positive. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This has to be the best apartment in Koblenz. A huge thank you to our hosts for sharing such an awesome place. Highly recommended – we’d love to return!

There were six of us with 2 dogs at the property for 3 nights. Everything was clean and met our expectations. Great value for money😊. Have taken beautiful hikes. In the summer it is certainly also very nice, because you can also use the garden😎. One more tip: bring slippers, as it is very "cold foot".

Great apartment. Complete and also tastefully furnished, we had everything we use at home. We lacked nothing. Easy check-in via app, parking and bus stop in front of the house, even a personal welcome greeting was available. Horst is a very hard-working and attentive host. Thank you for the lovely holiday.
