El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones, comedor, cocina completa con menaje y electrodomésticos y baño con ducha. NO disponemos de cunas para niños menores de 2 años. En la tercera planta de un edificio sin ascensor.

Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

A small house located in a privileged environment of impressive natural value and beauty, the Sierra Mariola Natural Park. You only have to walk 200 meters to enter the park and breathe in the calm and silence. The environment offers many possibilities, it is located on the edge of one of the most important routes of the ascent to Montcabrer. Muro de Alcoy 2 km away and Cocentaina 4 km away Ideal for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, or disconnecting in the heart of nature.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

Villa Bota fue construida en el año 1910 a una altitud de 499m sobre el nivel del mar, ubicada en plena ruta GR-236. En la actualidad ha sido rehabilitada para alojar todo/a apasionado/a de la naturaleza, dónde encontrará calma, sosiego y desconexión. Dada la excelente ubicación se pueden practicar diferentes modalidades de deportes como MTB, senderismo, escalada, espeleología, etc., o simplemente disfrutar de lo más bello, la naturaleza.

Ontinyent is a town in the province of Valencia, one hour from the airports of Valencia and Alicante. Big swiming pool shared only with the owners of the property, (only 3 people) no childs.

The flat is located in Alcoi old town, renovated with a lot of charm inside an old finca. It's a fourth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR (anyway, we'll be pleasant to help you with your luggage). It's a special place as a base to visit Alcoi for those who want an urban stay, or the endless nature in its surroundings.
