Dependency of 90 m² adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45m2 living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: -Chamber Terra Cotta: Double size bed (140cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secured swimming pool (6m × 12m), open May - September. Accommodation not accessible to people with disabilities.

The Kingfisher

Fully renovated and equipped fisherman's house for up to 4 people, located on the banks of the Loir with exceptional views and direct access to the river. Calm but not isolated with the villages of Bazouges and Cré sur le Loir at 1 min and the town of La Flèche and its famous Zoo at 10 min only. Peace and change of scenery guaranteed! Fishing equipment on request, boat, barbecue, hammock, etc. Canoe kayak (2 adults/1 child max) optional for a fee.

Apartment located in the center of Noyen-sur-Sarthe in a quiet alley overlooking the Sarthe River that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bar, supermarket...). The accommodation is 25 minutes from Le Flèche Zoo, 30 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and 20 minutes from the Bailleul toll. The major cities nearby are Le Mans 30 minutes, Angers and Laval 50 minutes.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

Only 25 minutes from the center of Le Mans. Accommodating 1-4 people, this secluded cottage is located in the heart of nature on a large lot. To sleep you will have 2 single beds and a sofa bed. You will find a bathroom (shower and bathtub) with access for people with reduced mobility. Ideal for a family holiday or for professionals who would need a place to stay.

The Little Bohemian in Old Le Mans

This charming and bright 2-room bohemian-style apartment is located very close to old Le Mans (100 m). This will allow you to walk around and explore its beautiful alleys. It is a peaceful accommodation where you will have a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and an upstairs bedroom with views of the city of Le Mans.
