Six of us spent 1 week in Kurili. We really enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful and spacious garden by the pool. The outdoor kitchen was in use almost every day. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. Everything was very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen equipment top-notch - we simply lacked nothing! 🤗

We spent our first Istria holidays here as a couple with a small dog. The accommodation was super modern, very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor area with beautiful pool and green turnaround was also great and since it was also completely fenced, our small dog was also able to enjoy full freedom. Andreja also left the additional hot tub on the terrace in May at our request, which we appreciated very much, as it was unfortunately too cold due to the weather to bathe in the pool. BBQ an extra plus. You are definitely dependent on a car, but as a starting point it was very great with about a 30-minute drive to Porec and Rovinj and about 40 minutes to Pula. So there is a lot to do in the nearby area, and you can still relax and unwind in this accommodation. We are more than happy to recommend:)

We spent 10 days in the accommodation and were very satisfied with our stay. The check-in was super easy and you immediately felt comfortable! The accommodation has everything you need! The highlight is the outdoor area with a great pool, outdoor grill and hammock between the two olive trees. Another highlight is the completely fenced garden, so that our dog could move freely and also enjoyed the accommodation. The only minor suggestion for improvement is the bed, which was too soft for our taste. However, the accommodation is 100% recommended for the region around Medulin.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by our amazing host, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The villa itself is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you’re looking to relax, explore the area, or just unwind in a tranquil setting, this place is perfect. We can’t recommend it enough, if you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate. You’ll be in great hands and surrounded by serenity!

Villa was great and felt like a home

There were six of us in the vacation home and we had a great and relaxing vacation there. The pool was the highlight for the four children and for us it was the outdoor barbecue area. We had complete privacy. Vedrana and her husband were great hosts. We received many tips for our excursions to the cities and for bathing beaches. We were also surprised with freshly harvested vegetables and homemade liqueur. We felt very comfortable and we lacked nothing in the vacation home. Thank you so much, we will be happy to come back!

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

Adrian offered us an earlier check-in on his own, which was very convenient for our arrival. The handover was quick and easy. The outdoor area was great for our group of 8 people, due to the various seating/lounging areas you also had the opportunity for some privacy in the outdoor area. The amenities were very good, only a soap dispenser was missing in some bathrooms as well as a tea towel in the kitchen. There was everything you need for grilling. The 2 residential units are structurally separate, the larger and better equipped main kitchen is located in one of the two buildings. Unfortunately, the water for showering was still cold in the morning, but we could overlook it. With a taxi/Uber you can get to the city in 5-10 minutes. We were glad to have chosen Adrian's house, the value for money was very good! Thanks again for your kindness & all the best Kind regards, Felix

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

The house is a gem compared to the buildings nearby, something special. We felt very comfortable and the hostess is very pleasant. Thank you for letting us spend our vacation there.

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! We wanted a functional Villa with great facilities for our family of 5, with a pool and that’s exactly what we got. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were excellent. Two good mini-marts within easy walking distance if you run out of drinks or snacks. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Can’t fault it at all, thanks so much for a lovely stay

This villa was a really nice place to relax and watch the sunsets at the pool :) Also the living spaces, kitchen and outdoor cooking area were excellent. We can really recommend staying here and enjoy the quiet surrounding nature. Thanks for hosting us :)

The accommodation is exactly as described and is exactly as shown in the photos – absolutely authentic! The villa is modern, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We really lacked nothing and felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The location is very quiet and perfect for relaxing days. Darko and his brother Dragan were extremely courteous, helpful and likeable - a big thank you to both of them! We can recommend this home without restrictions.

We had a super nice stay. The house met our expectations, it was neat, clean and located in a quiet area. It was easily accessible by taxis, where we made trips to Medulin and Pula, among other things. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out!
