Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Small office is available during the summer months (NOT Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keyboard, WIFI/fiber. The cottage has two well-sized terraces in the east and west. Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Det finns litet SPA-bad, altan, kolgrill, Wi-Fi, AC i alla rum, TV och fri elbils-laddning Huset har ett separat WC, ett kaklat badrum, öppet kök/vardagsrum som härlig sällskapsyta med härlig braskamin samt tvättstuga. Inga fester, kick-off eller arbete/konferenser tillåtna.

Bo med hotellstandard i skogen fast utan elektricitet. Laga mat över öppen eld och njut av stjärnhimlen genom stora glaspartier i en skön dubbelsäng. En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Från bastun är det vacker utsikt över nejden. Frukost med lokala råvaror hämtas nere på gården. Pris gäller för 1-4 pers. inkl. frukost, bastu, sängkläder, städning, ved.
