Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 jours dans cet appartement très bien situé, dans le quartier calme et agréable de Cannaregio. L’appartement est confortable, parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, et surtout très calme — un vrai plus à Venise ! La communication avec les hôtes a été fluide et réactive. Un grand merci à Gaby pour l’accueil chaleureux et les nombreuses bonnes adresses partagées à notre arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Alessandro’s place was spacious and quiet. He gave us great tips on what to do and not do and times to avoid certain attractions and that was very helpful. We had fun exploring all that Venice had to offer. Very nice!

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Un appartement vénitien qui vous fait voyager dans le temps. Les peintures murales sont incroyables. Tout est resté dans son jus. Le grand lit est très confortable. Le palais, la vue, tout fait de ce logement une expérience rare dans Venise.

We had an amazing stay at Giovanni and Susannas apartment. The communication straight from the start was excellent. The instructions were clear and we managed to easily find the apartment and enter easily, even though we got there really late at night. The area is amazing, close enough to all of the must-sees in Venice, but lovely and quiet and feels much more authentic and local. There are fantastic restaurants just around the corner too! Thanks again! We will definitely stay again when we are back in Venice.

We loved our stay in Venice. We stumbled upon a local hostel which was beautiful and cheap for drinks and food- combo. Highly recommend this. We also enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and explore! There were dining options both high end and cheaper options in the city, it was very romantic!

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio area of Venice. The space was immaculate and full of charm, with stunning terrazzo floors throughout that added an authentic Venetian touch. Every detail reflected the owner’s thoughtfulness and impeccable sense of style. Great bed and linen. Nespresso machine was also appreciated. An absolute highlight was the rooftop terrace, which had beautiful views over two canals - the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and soak in the beauty of Venice from above. Also, Mariangela’s recommendations for local sights and dining spots were incredibly helpful during our visit. The location couldn’t have been better. Cannaregio is easily the best area to stay in Venice - peaceful and atmospheric, far from the heavy tourist crowds, but still just a short walk from all the main sights. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and a truly Venetian experience, this place is absolute perfection. We couldn’t recommend it more.

My family and I had an amazing stay here! There were 6 adults and we had more than enough space. Comfy beds. The location is incredible! Marco was so kind and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. There are 3 flights of stairs (just wanted to note this for groups who may be traveling with people who cannot navigate stairs easily). Highly recommend staying here!

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

Good place. Close to the train station (10 min walk). The host is flexible with the check-in and check-out. The place was neat, tidy and clean. Recommended

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

Appartement très cosy et très bien situé pour visiter Venise à pied, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons été reçus par une amie de Stefania qui nous a accompagné au logement, nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires et s'est montrée très disponible tout au long du séjour! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Excellent rapport qualité / prix. L'appartement nous a beaucoup plu. Nous l'avons à nouveau réservé pour l'an prochain. Il est situé vers le bout de la via Garibaldi, une rue animée, mais pas trop touristique. L'appartement est dans une zone calme, on entend les oiseaux. Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire. Nous avons pu arriver un peu en avance.

Gli host sono stati veramente cordiali e hanno fatto di tutto per soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Molto ospitali anche con il mio molosso e gli hanno pure fatto un regalo di benvenuto!!!! Sempre a disposizione e molto gentili. Ambiente confortevole e pulitissimo. Molto fornito di tutto. Mancavano solo le bustine di camomilla!!!! Abbiamop trovato in bagno anche i saponi e shampoo dedicati ai bambini!!!!! Top Top Top

We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

Toutes les instructions étaient claire et l’hôte est très réactif au message. Notre arrivée a été facilité grâce à la navette proposé par l’hôte. Wir sind super dankbar, dass wir so flexibel anreisen durften, da wir ein Baby haben. Die Unterkunft ist wahnsinnig schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terasse und der Pool waren unsere Highlights. Wir haben eine super schöne Zeit gehabt und empfehlen es sehr weiter!!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!
