Holiday rentals with beach access in Venezia

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Apart from the initial difficulty getting into the apartment - Luciano gave us the wrong door code - it was excellent and a great location for any trip to Venice. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathroom, quiet but convenient and a wonderful haven to come home to after a busy day.

Apartment as described and photos as described. Alessandra was very responsive. Nice location to visit Venice a little outside the tourist crowds.

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Davide's apartment in Venice. The location was excellent but also quiet - so close to so much! Davide was a great host - so helpful with lots of great tips & useful information to help us have an awesome time on Venice! We highly recommend.

Natascia is a super host. She was accessible at all times and we were able to check in earlier. She explained everything to us upon arrival at her spotless apartment and had a lucrative welcome package for us and also for the bathroom everything we needed. We were right at home! The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, sometimes the neighboring dogs barked. The ferry port to Venice is within walking distance. In the south there are great beaches and we ate twice in the 3 days of our stay at the Ristorante Pizzeria, which was about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you Natascia for everything!

Angelo takes pride in both his accommodation and his insightful approach. Getting a lift to and from the boat to Main Venice was a real blessing. All the best beaches we're available by bus. The promenades nearby a delight.. I found the keys a bit tricky at timed but probably just me. Great stay

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Federica was a great host! She was extremely responsive, very helpful and the place was amazing. Quiet area but beautiful views, easy to access by public transportation and lots to do!

if you are coming to Venice, this is a must day. This was our first trip to Venice, but we quickly learn that we had stayed on the street where the locals hang out. This is off the tourist section with many food options on the same street, our favorite was Tintoretto. It is a 15 minute walking tour from the train station.. I cannot say enough nice things.

It was all tip top. Fast check-in even though we were too early. Completely unproblematic communication. Accommodation as described - modern, clean, completely sufficient for 3-4 people. The beach was a 10-minute walk away. Our daughter also beamed when she discovered the trampoline in the garden!

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, everything is taken care of in detail. Unfortunately, there aren't many places open in Burano in the evening, so it would have been better to arrange to dine at home. With children, you have to be careful with the staircase, which is a bit exposed. Highly recommended!

Host was very flexible with the check in and check out times, friendly. Lived up to expectations it was a pleasant peaceful stay. Close to the beach which was never crowded, a great place to stay.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

The place is perfect! Getting to Venice is very simple from the apartment. It's spacious and comfortable. Elena left us very clear instructions for how all the appliances work. The view from the terrace is beautiful! We would recommend this listing.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

I cannot recommend Maria enough. Her and her husband’s hospitality was unmatched. From arranging all water taxis, to meeting upon arrival and escorting to the rental, to the detailed materials provided on safe and easy travel throughout the city with all the must sees and local favorites, they provided exceptional care for us to enjoy our stay and ensure we had the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone traveling to Venice.

Loredana's place is a 5" walk from the vaporetto in a charming neighbourhood of traditional Lido houses. The setting is quiet & the appartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our few nights & hugely appreciated the friendliness of our host who made a busy Venice visit for the Biennale easy & relaxing.

We enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. The host Paolo welcomed us personally, was very friendly and provided helpful information and recommendations. The apartment was very cozy, clean and was well equipped. It’s located on the main street in Lido, so very close to restaurants and the beach but still it’s very quiet. I can only recommend.

Too bad it was cold but I loved the proximity to the sea. we should go back in summer!

Good apartment recently renewed, confortable and well equipped, the plus is the two outdoors spaces and gardens that make it really nice. Located in a quite residence. Very practical to commute to Venice, 11 minutes walk to the pier and 35 minutes of Vaporetto. Giuilia with welcoming !

Valeria and Paolo are very good hosts. Even before the trip, they gave us good tips. You were always immediately available. Check-in was very straightforward. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and offers plenty of space. The roof terrace overlooking the sea and to enjoy the sunsets is magnificent. The apartment is in a good place, the bus stop is practically at the front door and the bus runs every 20 minutes. The possibility to be on the beach, in nature and yet so quickly in the old town of Venice was very much enjoyed by our family, with teenagers. Thank you for the wonderful time in Alberoni.

We had the most amazing time at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully everything was prepared. The owner had thought of every little detail to ensure we had the best stay possible. The location was perfect – only a 10-15 minute walk to the city centre and just a 5-minute stroll to the boat taxi stop, which was so convenient for getting to the airport. The area itself was beautiful and peaceful, yet close to all the action. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Venice – highly recommend! Just to note, Dott was so helpful and responded within a few hours! One of the best hosts we have had :)

Adriana’s apartment was a great find in Venice. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor so difficult if you have mobility issues but worth it for the view! Adriana was a great host, letting us check in early and leave our luggage at the apartment until our flight later in the day. I would definitely recommend this listing.

Couldn’t ask for more really. The apartment is stylish old school with big windows, beautiful private courtyard, 1 min from a vaporetto stop and 2 stops from Piazza San Marco. I liked the beautiful view from across the big canal and the fact I had to use boat transport which made for a very lovely experience. The kitchen was super well equipped even had coffee, tees, pasta, olive oil etc. Federico is super proactive communicator - I haven’t had such detailed instructions and tips ever from a host. Even met his mum Angela who gave us the keys :)
