Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Venezia

Tommy met us at the airport and had great communication leading up to check in. The house itself was very comfortable for 3 people. Since it was 3 floors, we kept all our luggage downstairs. The view of the canal was amazing and the location was relatively easy to get to. Thank you Tommy!

Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Great find, right in the centre of the city. A wonderful choice for where to spend your days in Venice.

Great location,easy transportation to go to Venice.

We stayed for a weekend in Venice. This place was great, very easy to reach and we discovered the city by foot from the apartment. Very welcoming hosts and we received some great recommendations for the area, thank you!

This stay makes 5 weeks we have spent in this Airbnb. I can honestly say there is nothing I would change about it. Everything you could need is provided and everything works like a charm. Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

Paolo was the best host. Friendly, responsive, helped with getting our bags to and from the air bnb. Helped me arrange water Taxi. Always so kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We slept well, the place was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this place and this host!

This was a great place. It was close to the train and boats but also walkable To everything. It Was removed Enough from the busy area that we could Get away from Crowds for a break but still Close To everything. The apartment was beautifully equipped and decorated. It was better than the photos. We didn’t use the upstairs loft and reading area but soooo cute!!!

Andrea is a very helpful, gracious Host. His place was close to the vaporetto which made getting around Venice really convenient. His place is in a very quiet area with lots of local restaurants but away from the crowds. We really enjoyed our stay.

For us this was perfect. After absorbing ourselves in the hustle and bustle of Venive and surrounds daily, it was great coming back to somewhere peaceful and charming with a couple of great restaurants and local shops where you pay local prices. Mirka the host is fanastic and very helpful. The apartment was great for us and super clean with charming decor! 5*

The apartment was large with room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the calm mornings with the sounds of seagulls and church bells. The a/c worked well and much needed after a long day out and climbing those 89 steps to get to the apartment on the top floor which was great exercise. The living room TV worked well and the couch was comfortable. There is one shower which has great water pressure, but is not very wide. It was a challenge for my husband and teenage boys to wash their hair. The frig/freezer/stove/microwave/dishwasher/nespresso/kettle/toaster all worked well, too. Mario/Paolo were both responsive and helpful. The location was central and loved having a grocery store just 25 steps from the front entrance. We loved Venice and would be happy to stay here again. We had a great time. The accommodation is very well located for a visit to Venice. A physical welcome by Erika herself, who was a perfect host and gave very good advice. She accompanies us to the apartment, gives us a tour and takes out her Venice map to tell us what to do, where to go, what to eat, etc. This is a time saver for good plans! Marco is very nice. He responds very quickly and came to pick us up at the station to accompany us to the apartment. Simple apartment, very well located, quiet. We had problems with the disposal of our garbage bags and Marco was very understanding and helpful.

Federico’s place was wonderful, the location was great away from the major traffic and had some awesome restaurants close by. The place was so clean and well designed. We absolutely loved staying here!!

We enjoyed our stay in Venice. it was nice to have a first floor condo. Raffaella gave great recommendations for food. Location is close to Waterbus and Gondola service. It was walkable to all the major sites The bed was very comfortable. All in all it was a great place to stay.

Wonderful place and easy walking distance to all transport Nice and quiet area but still handy to everything.

It's a lovely place to stay. Major tourists sites are 15mins walking distance but still quite enough to have good night sleep. The place is beautifully decorated as the pictures shown as the description. Most of all Lu was very helpful. My flight was delayed 3times and we arrived after midnight. Lu was very patient and helpful. Highly recommended!

Firstly, great shoutout to Paolo. He was VERY responsive and clear with the instructions. Secondly, the place is VERY conveniently located near the public bus (boat) stand that comes directly from the airport. There was no need to deal with private transfer (which can be expensive and opaque) as it was all public AND convenient. Paolo was also very kind to let us do early check-in by almost 4 hours on the day of arrival. Location-wise it is quiet yet walkable to san marco and alot of other itineraries. Highly recommend this place.

Watersdoor is the perfect romantic hideaway in this beautiful city. Maria and her team could not have been more welcoming and helpful and truly made our stay in Venice so effortless and memorable. We can’t recommend Watersdoor highly enough

We had a wonderful time! We only had 2 nights, but it was so much fun walking back to our quiet little apartment tucked away from the crowds. The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable.
