Caribe Home was born in May 2025 in Jesolo Lido in a unique Caribbean-themed context with a pool of over 500 square meters surrounded by greenery. Every corner of the apartment has been designed to feel at home with bright spaces and modern furnishings. One of the most fascinating features of this house is the covered outdoor patio with a small green space where you can enjoy quiet moments and lunches and dinners overlooking the pool. An oasis of peace just steps from the central street and the beach.

Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

L’appartamento si trova in un caratteristico residence con piscina privata, situato in una zona molto tranquilla lontana dal traffico e al tempo stesso vicino a Jesolo, alla laguna, alla spiaggia, ai traghetti per Venezia e le isole. L’alloggio completo di tutto il necessario, si affaccia sulla piscina e sulla vegetazione, ideale per un soggiorno in totale relax. Il centro, raggiungibile in bicicletta attraverso la pista ciclabile, è provvisto di negozi, ristoranti, supermercati e molto altro.

Recently restored portion of villa sorrounded by a delicious garden, 10 minutes from Venice and really close to Mestre Railway station and bus stop. Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

There is a small garden, patio and whirlpool (only in the summer ). Inside you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen with espresso machine, two bathrooms, TV, bedroom with terrace, living room with sofa bed. The house is located in a strategic position: a stop to reach Venice and Padua is about 10 minutes from the house on foot.
