Holiday rentals with beach access in Venice, Los Angeles

Tano’s place is very cute and clean. We appreciated being able to walk a couple blocks to lots of restaurants/bars/shops. Although we didn’t get to spend much time at the apartment since we were on the move the whole time, we would definitely return for a more leisurely stay.

I had a great stay at Venice! The room is convenient, cosy and kept us cool in the heat! Location is right by the beach and has a lovely little view. Can be a bit of noise in the morning from a garage nearby but honestly did not bother me. Communication and check-in information was nice and clear and I thought the place was very well priced for the location! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Michael and his team were very attentive and responsive. The location is ideal and I appreciated the security and garage entrance.

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Great location! Easy to get to downtown Santa Monica and Venice, plus the neighborhood itself has nice restaurants, shops and good beach access. The place was very comfortable. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with some basics.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. Everything was exactly as described, and the check in process was super easy. Appreciated having a parking spot for our rental car, as well as the laundry facility. We especially enjoyed the location and the easy walkability to everything in Venice. 100% recommended!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The beach is only steps away and walkable to great shops and restaurants. We would be happy to come back again sometime!

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

I love the homeyness of the place and the outdoor spaces are unbeatable. The home has its quirks but that is to be understandable being by the beach and in a metro area. The bed and furniture are comfortable, the kitchen has what you need typically, and the garage is full of extra amenities including that very useful parking spot.

we arrived on Denise's doorstep hours after our house burned to the ground. her home was the most incredible warm, welcome environment for our time there. the ash from the fire was still falling outside but the beautifully well equipped house was cozy and felt like home. truly a sanctuary on a moment of chaos. her neighbors were wonderful as well. it is also in the best part of venice.

Great stay. Surprisingly spacious! And very quiet at night! Plenty of good cafes and food nearby. We loved it, hope to be back.

It’s rare that you step foot into a house and feel at home. And that’s exactly how I felt the moment I entered. Everything was perfect. From hopping on a call with me before I was there to making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time here and I definitely want to return again. This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

The property was very beautiful in a walkable neighborhood of Manhattan Beach, close to almost anything you could think of. When we arrived the place was definitely cleaned and ready to go. MB is one of my favorite places so to have found this last minute only a min or so walk from the beach was awesome! Check in was breezy and we seemed to have our own privacy which was key! This was a mother-son trip .I will give it to them the property is clean and in a perfect area. Upon check in the replies were a bit impersonal. Didnt really get the welcome to MB from the host i have experienced with past airbnbs. Got a “yea we have basics” reply to my question about pots and pans and although this didnt affect the stay in any way there was a moment or 2 i was second guessing the vibe, when the host did reply it was short and concise(to the point) Also it definitely gets a bit hot inside, and the AC could have been more efficient but what do u expect in LA😎☀️🕶️ We would live here its great

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!
