Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Venice, Los Angeles

This was my second stay at Barbara’s apartment in LA, and this time I stayed there with my husband and daughter. Once again, Barbara and Gunther were welcoming and responsive, and their little cat Mau-Mau was a sweetie. I will definitely check to see if this space is available any time I am planning to visit LA. It is an amazing deal.

Stayed at Niklas’ place for 4 nights on my fiancee and I’s first time around LA and it was perfect! Everything was as described and Niklas was always very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Well decorated, clean, and conveniently located walking-distance to everything we needed. A bidet is always a huge plus in my book. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great location. Had everything you need. Easy access, quick drive to a lot of good food in the marina and on Lincoln. My only slight complaint was the pool was smaller than expected and the floors felt very sticky.

This was such a fun Airbnb experience! These hosts are so sweet, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had an odd request and they totally went out of their way to help! The entire area is gorgeous and perfectly walkable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. 10/10 would stay here again!

Wow! Everything and more for a solo person traveling, I had a great deal of privacy and quiet. This place feels like a gem and I really hope it continues to be a well kept secret perhaps? I want to continue to rent the space!! The access to the beach was perfect, near enough to restaurants and the main streets to get a healthy meal or something naughty. The people in the area were very kind, laid back and helpful. Special out to the neighbors who were gracious with their time! Little things that are big things, the bed was fabulous, the shower pressure and heat were divine (I like a very hot shower!), the access to laundry without it being in the space makes for less noise which I really appreciated and the bottle of wine was a nice touch! I will be back!

We had a wonderful time. The views were just spectacular! The location was close to a lot of great places to eat and we had great communication from Lia. We hope to be back on our next vacation.

We would definitely stay at Marc’s place again. I really appreciate it being on his property but totally separate - we had our own entrance, garage entrance etc. Interior decor was great and everything perfectly organized. Also, great exercise options nearby, and Superba at the end of the block. The bikes made all the difference! It was so great to be able to cycle to the beach easily rather than have to drive. Thank you Marc!

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

It was a great Airbnb! We had a 6 month old and Clay was so accommodating. There was a crib, toys, extra sheets, baby shampoo/soap. We were grateful!

loved the art and the space. fabulous location. they provide a lot of items to borrow for the beach which is beyond worth it! the house was fantastic.

Zev & Melissa’s AirBnb was great! Check in was very easy and instructions were very clear and helpful. The home matched the photos and the unit had all needed amenities. The beach was steps away and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We hope to stay here again soon!

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Very nice place to relax after a busy day in LA. The patio is beautiful and inviting. The place itself is cute and perfect for 2. An Avis car rental is literally around the corner which is super convenient. Although most restaurants and busy Santa Monica streets are not far, be aware that it is a good 20-30 mn walk through a commercial area to get there.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Once again, Shant's place was the perfect stay! He communicates quickly, and keeps the place very clean. The rooftop pool is beautiful and relaxing! Bed is super comfortable! Having security at the entrance makes things feel extra safe! And you can't beat the free parking!!!

Beautiful place! Excellent location- my partner and I like to walk, so we took a 20 minute walk and landed in the heart of WeHo. Host was gracious and let us book last minute. Place looks like the pictures and has the most amazing rain shower. Recommend!
