Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Versilia

Amazing small and clean apartment, with a great view and a pool and great outdoor space. I enjoyed waking up to the city and sea view from my bedroom. The lovely gray cat is always there to welcome the guests ! A magical place to be !

I would 100% recommend this air bnb, full of character and great location. Place was clean and had air conditioning and the baloney gets the sun in evening. The bed was comfy and clean also. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

This is one place, you don't want to pass up. We have never experienced such charming host and hostess so gracious and kind. We didn't have a car, but they were so kind and drove us to Lucca to tour town and gave recommendations. Scenery is gorgeous and breathtaking as climbed on cobbled stones to the top. Washer was very handy and big spacious rooms. I am a collector of Pinocchio, so you need to get the history at Pinocchio Park. You won't go wrong visiting these special people. Thank you so much.

Very pleasant stay in Luca's beautiful villa! It's not easy to find, but Luca was so kind and picked us up. We didn't have breakfast, but we were always offered fresh coffee. In the living room, there is a bar where you can treat yourself to a good glass. The pool is clean, everything is super well maintained and beautifully furnished...with a lot of attention to detail. The restaurants in the small center are a culinary dream! All in all, have a great stay! Thanks!

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

A nice apartment to stay in while in Pisa. It is very close to the airport (10 min walking) but a bit further to get to the center (around 20/25 min). The host was super helpful, gave us a lot of tips and the apartment was well equipped with a small space outside.

Very nice clean and modern apartment in La Spezia. We found it just as described. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions. We walked along the harbour to a lovely pedestrian only area where we enjoyed a great dinner. Thank you!

Andrea's place was beyond all expectations. We were a group of 7 friends who got everything we needed and more. Andrea was incredibly helpful and even drove to the airport to hand over a cell phone we had forgotten. I can not recommend this place enough. (+ the view was to die for!)

Amazing apartment and view!

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

I can agree with the other reviews, we had a wonderful holiday here. Jonny and Susanne are very warm, helpful hosts and have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation of the old farmhouse. Our highlights: - High quality of the facility - Clean pool with perfect temperature for cooling off - Comfortable beds - Great view - Varied breakfast - Top outdoor kitchen - E-bikes with a lot of power, it was really fun They also had many insider tips for excursions and restaurants. It was an unforgettable holiday for us ☺️ In the evening the insects come, but the whole house has fly screens and outside there is an evaporator against mosquitoes, so you can sit outside without bites on the warm summer nights and watch the fireflies 🥰

Valentina's house in Montecarlo is very secluded and very quiet and private. We enjoyed the time. It offers optimal connection to many places in the north of Tuscany and is great to find. The front area around the house is fenced and easy to use with a dog (the gate may be too wide for very small dogs). The back area with the pool is fenced, but dogs come under the fence, as the fence only starts at about 20 cm height. There is also an open fence area from the front to the back. For more active dog owners, therefore, it is not optimal, as you have to keep an eye on the dog. Otherwise, it is a wonderful, small, classic Tuscan house and super suitable in warm spring/summer, as the house also stays nice and cold.

Elisa is a fantastic host, great communication and a lovely place. Nothing is too much trouble, Elisa has everything covered from drinks and snacks to toothbrush and toothpaste - a 5 star experience. Highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here for 10 days with 4 people and we had a fantastic time here. It was like we ended up in a movie. With all our questions, we were able to contact the reception and were well helped. If possible, definitely join the wine tour on Friday, which was very fun and educational. We really recommend Poggio al Casone even if you have to make a stop in between.

5 seems a good reflection of the stay we had with Green &Love. Everything was wonderful. A relaxing place and great base for Tuscan adventures. Grazie mille.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Good location, nice people.

We were very well received, for my company's birthday we also found an excellent bottle of prosecco in the fridge! The apartment is very nice, well-kept and large. From the house, you can reach the port in just a few minutes (with beautiful excursions to the Cinque Terre), the station and the center, with many places for aperitifs or restaurants with excellent value for money. What else to say, really recommended, and again thank you very much for everything!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

We've been here for two nights and did not really leave the terrain, because it was so calm & silent. We laid a blanket in the garden and devoted ourselves entirely to our books and the beautiful landscape around - in the evening, when we had a picnic, the hosts gave us fresh tomatoes & cucumbers from their own vegetable garden and we also bought some of their home made oliv oil when we left. They were really lovely :) The only two things I'd like to add: The Airbnb does not really have a fully equipped kitchen. You can cook pasta, yes. But it's difficult to cook a big meal. It should also be mentioned that there is a neighboring apartment above the Airbnb - if you're unlucky, it could get a bit noisy here with the wrong neighbours (we were lucky tho).
