Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vertou

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

Martine and Pierre's place is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island allowing walks with children. Easy access to relay parking to get to Nantes by public transport! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have kind attention to guests!

I was lucky to manage to grab a long weekend with my husband in Isabelle's slice of paradise in Nantes. She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

Perfectly located accommodation for us (to accommodate family as part of a birthday) and quite suitable for a 2-night stay. Communication with Carole was very smooth and her clarifications for arrival at the accommodation were very clear. We recommend!

The house is wonderful and really looks exactly like the pictures. Electric shades across the whole house provide safety and complete darkness. Comfortable beds, linens and towels provided. Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, great WiFi across the house, wonderful garden to enjoy in the evening. really everything you need to have a great stay. One bedroom, toilet, shower is downstairs and upstairs you have two bedrooms, one en-suite w shower, a toilet, and another shower. There’s an option upstairs for another room that can be opened to a living room for the upper floor. Genius design! The house is located at the end of a small alleyway so it’s very quiet. Ride to center is about 15 min. Some closer restaurants but best variety and options are in the center. Overall very good stay; highly recommended.

We booked Rodrigue's accommodation for one night, it's a very nice building with a large and beautiful exterior... We didn't have time to enjoy it, too bad! Very good communication with the host for a flexible check-in. Just a small note about the stairs, if you come with children, you will have to go up and down with them if they are in the upstairs rooms Otherwise the interior is very cozy, practical and very nicely renovated.

Nice apartment and great location!

Lovely apartment in the center of town. We could park the car close by since it’s in a car restricted area. The apartment is charming and very comfortable beds, spotless clean and practical kitchen utensils. The area is close to restaurants and shops. We got great recommendations by the owner about local attractions. We would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation is as described, tastefully furnished and with quality finishes. Impeccable cleanliness. The main room is very functional. The bedding is of very good quality. The jacuzzi is directly accessible from the accommodation without overlooking, with bathrobes for even more comfort. Ideal for a relaxing weekend near Nantes. Pleasant stay in Catherine's accommodation. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing ("Not included" paragraph), there is no Wifi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because the cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to set aside enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

I recommend ++. Very good bedding, quiet and secure neighborhood. Possibility to park the vehicle at the front of the house. Responsive and enjoyable host! Great stay at this conveniently located place.

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m away. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.

Excellent stay in Nantes at the end of June, for us. The location is ideal, right in the center, with restaurants, shops and cinema and tram right next door. The apartment is large and functional (and cool in this heatwave period!) to test without hesitation.

Very homely 'bigou' Apartment that had everything we required for our stay & was spotlessly clean. Marie was extremely responsive & accommodating even altering her own plans when we needed to change our dates last minute. The apartment was very quiet in a quiet street located near the beautiful jardin de plantes park.

Alice's accommodation is located in an extremely beautiful and quiet residential area, with many amenities nearby such as supermarkets, public transport, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. The center of Nantes is within walking distance in 15 minutes, and even faster by bus, with a very close stop served every 10 minutes. The apartment itself is fully equipped, elegant, with comfortable mattresses and impeccably clean, exactly as in the photos. Unlike other Airbnbs, here it was the owner herself who welcomed us – warm and available, she gave us useful tips on the accommodation and how to get around Nantes. In short, our stay at Alice's was absolutely satisfying, and we would choose this accommodation again with great pleasure! Thank you Alice!
