We offer a bright, very spacious, cozy and fully furnished attic apartment. The very large balcony (about 3 x 7 m) with a western orientation has a high leisure and recreational value, especially in the evening. Our house is idyllically located on the outskirts of a well-kept Lübbener suburb. Lübben as a gateway to the Ober- and Unterspreewald is an excellent starting point for excursions to both regions. The Gurken cycling path leads directly past the house. As hosts, we are at your disposal with tips.

When vacationing - then Mühle!

Die komplett eingerichtete FeWo mit Terrasse befindet sich auf unserem Dreiseitenhof . Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Wohnung / 40m2 . Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, einen Schlafraum, ein Bad mit DU/WC. Zudem gibt es eine Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch und einem Grill. Ein abschließbarer Schuppen für Fahrräder steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gasthäuser, Häfen, die Spreewald Therme und das Reha-Zentrum. WICHTIG Der Kurbeitrag beträgt 2 Euro pro Person/Nacht - ab 18 Jahren. Diese ist vor Ort in Bar zu zahlen.

In the spa and resort town of Lübben (Spreewald), there is your spacious, private accommodation from Lübben city center! The apartment is carefully maintained and kept clean by us. In the cozy king-size bed with Ambilight, a good night's sleep is guaranteed. In addition, a pull-out sofa bed/sofa and a single bed can also accommodate 5 people, if it is allowed to be adventurous. The property is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of an apartment complex in a quiet backyard in the middle of Cottbus city center. The living room with large TV and adjoining balcony invites you to relax. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A soft and cozy double bed in the bedroom is used for a good night's sleep. The skylight can be darkened. Restaurants, bars or supermarkets are within walking distance in a few minutes.

The vacation apartment is located in a house newly built in 2017 with separate access to the 1st floor. It is a contactless stay with check-in via key box possible. We are happy to welcome our guests ourselves. The property is only suitable for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed via a request. The property is not accessible.

Equipped with a complete kitchen, comfortable bed (queen) and convertible sleeping sofa (double), a spacious bath and terrace, the studio invites you to spend lovely days in central Cottbus. It is ideal for two persons or a couple with baby or toddler . We have special provisions for kids on request such as cot or high chair.
