Holiday rentals with beach access in Vézère

Studio très bien situé, au coeur de Martel. Nous avons pu bien rayonner à partir de là et il y a de très bons restos dans le village. Le logement est conforme à la description et Clémence est très réactive.

Excellent séjour, logement très propre, très bien équipé et bien situé pour rayonner dans la région. Le logement reste frais malgré les chaudes températures extérieures. les moustiquaires aux fenêtres sont très appréciables.

Charlotte's cottage is small but cozy and immaculate, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The little rear garden is delightful and private. The cottage is near a main thoroughfare but is quite soundproof when the doors are closed. It was a lovely place to stay in this quiet and picturesque little village.

Logement très bien situé relativement à notre lieu d'activité. Endroit très calme et facile d'accès. Communication parfaite avec Pierre. On recommande.

Si vous souhaitez trouver un point de chute, calme, tranquille et autour des lieux incontournables de la Dordogne, alors le logement de Maryse est celui qu’il vous faut. Une personne exceptionnelle, qui met à disposition une maison tout confort. Rien ne manque, propre et très fonctionnel. Nous recommandons Maryse, et son logement les yeux fermés. Encore un grand merci à elle.

Tout était parfait. Je recommande à 200 % ce logement. Il est bien situé, il permet de se ressourcer, déco soignée, lumineux. Nous n'avons manqué de rien avec ma fille.

Très bien ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Claire. L'appartement est situé au cœur d'une ville charmante. Nous étions au calme. L'appartement est facile d'accès avec la boîte à clés et Claire nous a donné toutes les instructions nécessaires. À l'arrivée, nous avons trouvé un logement propre, cosy, qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Nous recommandons à 100%!

Beynac et Cazanac is such a stunning setting and we were back for a second visit. Catherine's place is absolutely perfect, the pictures, although beautiful don't live up to the real thing. It is magical. The bedrooms are all lovely, comfortable beds, pillows and lovely linens. Each room has it's own charm. And there are 2.5 bathrooms! The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room lovely but we were so lucky to have a sunny and warm week in mid September that we were outside for all meals and most of the time. We were in the pool a few times each day and could not get enough of the view. Lots to watch on the river as it was full of bright canoes every day. Hot air balloons floated by most every day, some almost close enough to touch. At night the castles are lit up in the distance...simply stunning. The town is so historic with cobbled streets and medieval houses, no surprise movies are filmed here. But the best part is how peaceful it is, hard to leave. Great shops too

Chantal est tres accueillante ainsi que son époux !! Seul petit bémol réception de la télé médiocre et wifi pas évident !! Très belle région, beaux sites à visiter et un hébergement tranquille

This house is truly special, full of character and lovingly restored it felt like the perfect holiday escape! We loved dining outside in the garden, our children loved playing in the meadow next to the house and we all enjoyed getting to stay somewhere so different and beautiful. On a practical note, there was private parking, a high chair, cot and baby bath, a washing machine and drying rack, all the essentials in the kitchen. It was a perfect escape and a very special place to stay - close to all local amenities in Martel, but totally rural and peaceful. We all absolutely loved the river swimming beach - a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. I really recommend!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la petite maison de Thierry et Brigitte qui est parfaitement située et au calme. Étant une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge nous avons particulièrement apprécié tout le matériel à disposition: bain, table à langer, chaise haute, vrai lit et nombreux jouets. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

We hebben een fijne tijd gehad met ons gezin (kinderen van 1 en 3 jaar). Het huis is mooi, gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De grote tuin was perfect voor de kinderen, met genoeg te ontdekken en te spelen. In de regio zijn leuke activiteiten te doen, wat het verblijf extra leuk maakte. De communicatie met de eigenaar was prettig en duidelijk. Kortom: een heerlijke plek en zeker een aanrader!

En tant qu'entreprise, nous plaçons le bien-être de nos collaborateurs au cœur de nos préoccupations. La communication est fluide et efficace, avec des consignes claires et faciles à comprendre. De plus, nous avons à disposition des équipements supplémentaires tels que des draps et des serviettes. Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait satisfaisant. Le gîte a largement comblé nos attentes. Je le recommande vivement.

Our family spent a wonderful four days in Jean-Christophe's place, and we were very sad to leave. The garden and the view of the chateau are gorgeous, and we took good advantage of the walking trails through the woods. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable, especially with the wood fire. The village is very small, but it is an easy drive to Sarlat and some of the most beautiful towns in Dordogne, as well as the many painted caves in the Vézère Valley. Highly recommended as a quiet retreat and as a home-base to explore the region.
