Maison de plain pieds entièrement restaurée en 2023, tranquille et calme. La maison se situe dans une ferme équestre pouvant accueillir des chevaux. Proximité de la Forêt de Loches avec de nombreux itinéraires de randonnée équestre, pédestre et vélos. Lac de Chemillé et sa plage surveillée par un maître nageur. Piscine municipale de Genillé ouverte en été (5km). Montrésor plus beau village de France, Zoo de Beauval (à 20 mn en voiture), châteaux de Loches à 10 km, Amboise et Chenonceaux à 25mn.

Nous sommes proche des étangs de la Brenne ,du parc animalier de la Haute Touche, 50 min de Beauval et du Futuroscope. Le bourg est a 5 minutes pour vos courses. Gite non fumeur.
