This refurbished cottage in the style of our stone house, awaits you in a natural environment, in the quiet of the countryside. With an area of 35 m, the bedroom is located on the second floor and the sofa bed is on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with everything you need and the bathroom. 2 private terraces at your disposal. In summer you can enjoy our swimming pool until 7 p.m. For late check-ins, a box is located at the entrance to pick up your keys

A 2-room apartment of 48 m2 furnished for a couple but with the possibility of accommodating more people, sleeping on the sofa bed, adding a 1-person mattress and 1 folding bed. Access to the historic village 12 min walk, river and walks 8 min walk, Futuroscope 20 min drive, La Rochelle 1h30 drive.

For holidays or work, access is quick via the A10 a few minutes away. Located in the countryside, in a place called, you can find all amenities a few km drive away. Equipped with a connected TV, Wi-Fi you can access your Netflix or other accounts if you wish.
