Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car.

This is my cottage, in the heart of the Chinese vineyard and with the state forest behind it. This chalet will delight you with its calm and its proximity to the castles of the loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon 12 minutes). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This chalet of 30m2 consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with mattress of 1m90*1m40. Sheets are not provided. Entry is done autonomously.

Located in the heights of Saint Benoît bourg 15 minutes by car from the city center and the train station of Poitiers, 25 min from Futuroscope and 10 min from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, facing not opposite, high up with views of the St Benoît viaduct, and nature. It's at the foot of a hiking trail. Caution: - For those who can't stand noise: you can hear the train! - For those who come in groups of more than 2: the idea of a tiny house is that it's small and compact!

Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in this unique 28-m² (302-square-foot) accommodation in a bucolic setting. The castle of the 7 towers of Cheneché is full of charm. Direct access to hiking trails through the river ford. Nearby, Futuroscope and Aquascope 15 min away, Lac de St Cyr 15min, Forêt de Moulière. A little further, the green Venice, Center Parc. A comfortable, independent, air-conditioned accommodation. A large wooden deck for breakfast in the rising sun.

Charming little 18 m² quiet cabin, at the back of our house. Close to the city center, facs and CHU. Functional with kitchen and bathroom, sheets (bed made on arrival) and towels provided so nothing to plan... Small terrace with garden furniture. Self check-in (lockbox), free parking, direct bus access to the station and city center, shops and restaurants nearby. Although on our land, we are very discreet to guarantee your total privacy.

Beautiful Greenkub Tiny House near Futuroscope

Independent Tiny House on isolated land behind my house. Accommodation equipped for 2 people, total area of 20 m². Quiet location 20 minutes from FUTUROSCOPE, 4 km from Poitiers city center accessible by bus. Walking access for a walk in the forest is accessible at 500 m as well as bike paths. Optional linens and towels, plan a small contribution of €5. The option is offered from 2 nights. Bikes can be stored in my garage for cyclists 🚴

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

It is equipped with everything you need (combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer, induction hob, reversible air conditioning)... In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a sink and dry toilets.
