The house is very spacious with a large kitchen-living room with access to a large terrace as well as a large living room with access to a covered terrace. The house contains four bedrooms and two large bathrooms - one with a sauna and access to an outdoor shower and one with a bathtub.

The 3 rooms are separated and all 3 with an entrance from the terrace, so you have to get out of each room to get into the next. The hot water comes from 30 litre water heater. There is a wood-burning stove and heat pump (electric heating is charged at 50 kr per day)

But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

The house is somewhat secluded and there is no noice. The house is non-smoking house.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
