Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit im Old Mulberry House! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich und der Pool war perfekt bei warmem Wetter. Die Lage war super für unseren Aufenthalt. Etwas ruhiger und abseits gelegen, aber alle Orte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell zu erreichen. Tomi war sehr freundlich, hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und hat uns einige schöne Restaurants und Orte empfohlen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit erneut buchen und können es wärmstens empfehlen!

Villa Elizabeth was geweldig. We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving, de heerlijke tuin, het zwembad, de fietsen en stepjes. Een dikke 10! We komen zeker terug!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem traumhaften Airbnb! Das Haus ist rustikal und charmant von außen, aber innen topmodern eingerichtet – eine perfekte Kombination aus Gemütlichkeit und Komfort. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt: Alles war blitzsauber, bestens ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sehr gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Umgebung ist herrlich ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber Mario, der unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar war. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt bei euch war von Anfang bis zum Schluss super. Karmen war immer erreichbar und immer steht’s bemüht jedes Anliegend von uns möglich zu machen. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann es nur empfehlen dieses Haus zu buchen. ☺️

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

Ivans Villa Simone ist ein großartiges Haus. wir waren mit acht Personen hier und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sowohl von innen, als auch von außen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es wurde an alles gedacht was man braucht. Als wir ankamen lagen bereits Handtücher und strandtücher auf den Liegen am Pool bereit, was sofort zum baden einlud. Der Pool ist riesig und perfekt zum Schwimmen geeignet. Ivan war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Seine Mutter hat uns sogar einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen vorbei gebracht. wir haben uns selten in einem airbnb so wohl gefühlt. wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Danke Ivan für diesen großartigen Urlaub.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back

Die Villa Faloniga ist einfach sensationell schön und man merkt einfach, dass das Haus erst 2 Jahre alt ist und im gut durchdachten Bau keine Kosten gescheut wurden. Die Verarbeitung und Ausstattung sind einfach erstklassig, ganz zu schweigen von der ruhigen Lage und dem Ausblick über die Weinberge 😍 Auch die Gastgeber sind rund um die Uhr erreichbar und helfen einem jederzeit gerne weiter. Auch ein Aufenthalt mit Baby ist kein Problem. Uns würde gerne von der Gastgeberin ein Babybett, sowie Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen und überlegen die nächsten Jahre wieder herzukommen.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Zenija, the host, was always available and very responsive. When we asked about the pool, it was cleaned right away, which we really appreciated. The location was great, and we would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay - we booked this place as part of a road trip for our honeymoon & it was exactly as described! The photos are spot on for it We brought our dog and the whole place is fenced in and secure so she could do what she pleased as well as we could. Very private, gated and covered parking (very important for us) and in a very private place with no traffic! We used this as more of a base so I can’t really comment on the local area as we did a lot of day trips however, it worked very well! Great pool, everything you need amenity wise! Only small draw backs would be a lack of basics in the kitchen (but as long as you know, that’s easy to sort as part of your grocery shopping anyway) and the road is seemingly yet to be finished but both of those things took nothing away from our stay! Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa war ein sehr gutes Erlebnis. Die Villa war sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben den Pool und die herrliche Aussicht sehr genossen. Danke auch an den Gastgeber, der uns herzlich empfangen und in alle wichtigen Details eingeführt hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder..

Wir waren mit Freunden eine Woche in der traumhaften Villa, uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen und alles war top 🤩 Patrik und seine Frau sind super nett und haben uns immer sehr schnell geholfen. Es gab überhaupt Nix zu bemängeln, wir hatten hier eine ganz besonders tolle Zeit. Der Pool war mit poolheizung perfekt für Ende September und hatte 29 grad 😍 ansonsten sind wir auch sehr gerne in die Sauna und in den Whirlpool gegangen. Alles war super sauber und eine perfekt eingerichtete Küche hat auch keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir möchten sehr gerne wieder kommen. Wir können diese Villa von ganzen Herzen weiterempfehlen ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ Danke für alles lieber Patrick, liebe Grüße Annika, René & Mailo

Het huisje is fantastisch en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en privé. Alles is aanwezig, super schoon en erg goed verzorgd. Ana is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en ook goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens het verblijf. Wij, een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het zwembad dat het hele jaar door gebruikt kan worden was een echte hit! Een absolute aanrader en een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Sehr geräumiges und exklusives Haus. Die Lage ist ruhig mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Umgebung.

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

We were two families who met at the villa to spend some time together. For this the house is perfect and we enjoyed our stay. The outside area with the pool and the terrace is stunning. Especially the kids but also us adults loved the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some of the things were not super clean but that is more on previous guests then on the host. The bedrooms are all very nice and beds are very comfortable. Also, there are ACs in all rooms. We had a great time and looking forward to coming back.
