Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

This connects the Black Forest Railway from Constance to Karlsruhe. Freiburg can also be reached directly. So that the Black Forest as well as Lake Constance can be explored in the best possible way. The parking garage is a 5-minute walk and offers space with a daily flat rate of 10 euros.

It's a good point to start a walk in the Black Forest, for example to a celtic tomb. Villingen's city centre is medieval. The city is protected by a wall and many houses are built right into it.
