Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

We were greeted by Bruno, who was very kind and gave us several useful facts about Viña del Mar. The apartment was spotless, very clean and tidy. The stay was comfortable at all times: good bed, well-distributed spaces and everything you need to feel at home. In addition, the connectivity of the place is excellent, both for getting around the city and for working if necessary. Highly recommended.

Excellent house a few minutes from Reñaca beach! We stayed only one night but it quietly makes you want to stay several more days because of the quality of the house! We will definitely be back! Thank you

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.
